The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and a nice size closet and bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, with nice sheets that stayed cool. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. The coffee was good and available all day. The location is about 15 minutes from all the sights downtown. There was a decent size gym that included free weights and weight bench. The pool looked like a nice size. We didn't get in it, though. The staff were very nice and helpful for the most part. When it was the day to check out, we were getting our stuff to the car and couldn't carry it all, so we left some to come back, and our key wouldn't unlock the door. We went to the front desk, and she attempted to fix it, but the keys still wouldn't work, so the manager came and let us back into the room to retrieve our other items. We were able to use an HDMI cord to watch Netflix from a laptop.

I had to tinker with the thermostat a good bit. The air would stay cold for a little while, and some mornings, we woke up, and it was a little warm in the room. The door to go into the room was a little hard to open. The toilet ran, and the faucet sprayed the water everywhere every time we turned it on. The tv had internet streaming services like Netlfix, but it wouldn't work. I called to the front desk to get it fixed, they offered to put me in another room but we were already settled in, so they offered to send a technician the next day to look at it but that never happened. The people above us were stomping around after midnight.

The location was great. Sure it was near the airport which I did not need but the plains were not loud at all. Me and my family were able to sleep through them with no problem. It was close to down town. The staff were amazing and so helpful if we had any questions.

The breakfast area was a little small and one of the waffle makers didn’t work which made long lines at times for the waffles.

The room felt clean and things were good. The wifi was good strength. I loved the breakfast. Felt like it was the highest quality free breakfast I've had in comparison to all other chains with free breakfasts and really appreciated the variety (not having the same thing every day). The free hotel shuttle was nice and came on time. Hotel is dog friendly which is always appreciated. It was pretty easy to navigate the city from this area - you can get downtown and all around, even without getting on a highway (the highways in Nashville were seemingly always backed up). There's good restaurants and grocery stores nearby (just several mins away in a car). The indoor pool was nice. Staff was nice

When i first arrived, I saw several parking spots with shattered vehicle glass, so it looks like they had a lot of recent car break-ins. Not just one or two, but at least three distinct areas with different types of tint, so this might be a major problem there. Loading luggage in and out of car is not as easy with other hotels as they have a curb in front of main doors so you can't take the luggage cart to your car easily - it's also not covered so if it's raining, you'd be loading/unloading your car in the rain. Pet fee was a bit pricey compared to other chains. Both treadmills in gym were broken

We loved our stay and stayed for around 3 weeks, the rooms were very good and had nice cooking facilities. There were lots of free things at the hotel too. The location was also good for the airport.

I felt the checkin experience was really bad. We only made this booking since when arriving for a 3 week stay the room was meant to be paid for by my work. Whilst my work had shared the payment confirmation with me on the Friday before to let me know everything was paid for, on arrival there was a problem with this payment. My UK phone wouldn't let me call US numbers and I asked if I could make a phone call and the person behind the desk refused. It took us several hours to check in and I didn't feel the lady checking us in was sympathetic or interested in helping in any way. I, therefore, had to make a duplicate booking in order to be able to checkin.

Nice hotel. Never heard any other guests around me. Had something hot for breakfast each day. There was always eggs, waffles and cereal everyday. In a rotation was biscuits & gravy, diced potatoes, sausage breakfast sandwiches, pork or turkey sausage links.

I didn't think about being able to hear the planes taking off. They did stop 11:30 pm to 5:00 am. After about the first night I did get used to it and didn't notice the sound as much.

The room had plenty of room to accommodate a wheelchair. Having a small kitchen space was very nice. This allowed us to keep our frozen ice packs frozen for future use instead of them just being cool.

One downside is when the sofa bed is made out, there is no room to walk around the bed and the sofa bed. The toilets are always so low to the ground. It's a challenge for older adults to get on/off.

I went to book another room. They said they could not book again. Gave no reason at all. Even housekeeping manager came in said there is no reason not to let us book again. They watched us take things out to the car still not offering a reason. Still do not know the reason.

The way you the staff can tell you you can not book and but no reason

It was located in a good area close to the shopping centers. I did not smell smoke anywhere that was a plus. The breakfast was hot and fresh loved the variety. The staff were wonderful pleasant and always kind. Overall our stay was peaceful, restful and joyful. I will go back whenever I have a chance.

Bathroom corners on floor showing age. Breakfast should have better quality items, like only real milk for coffee and better yogurt. Also, after breakfast, there should be real milk for coffee not fake creamer

We took this location because it was also pet friendly once we were arrived we were informed we would have to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit on the pet we had driven for 12 hours. I wasn’t in the mood to look for another place but I’m shocked at that information was not in the Book that I recall, I should get a refund on that hundred dollars!
