The Hotel smelled clean, first of all. The room rate was very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. They had Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The water pressure in the shower was superb. The breakfast was complete with scrambled eggs ( not boiled and chilled) sausage, gravy and biscuits and waffles.

One of the elevators was out but there was a second one near our rooms.

Room, breakfast, and bed was great. You can connect your laptop to tv using HDMI cable and watch your favorite movies. The staff was friendly.

I chose the pay at property option. My credit card was processed before 12 noon on the day of check-in. I wanted to use a different card to pay for the room. The booking said you won't be charged until you arrive or if you miss the cancellation deadline. If you arrive at 2pm and there's a room available you have to pay a 30 dollar early check-in fee. I wrote this not to complain, but only to make you aware. The manager explained, but I was caught off guard. If the card I used to register with didn't have the available funds my room would have been canceled without my knowledge. My drive time was 8 hours. These rules should be made aware of during booking.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good value but not much on offer for a healthy eater. The location was a bit far from downtown but it was very convenient to get to the airport from. The swimming pool was clean and nice to have access to on a hot day.

There was a refrigerated truck parked under my window and the engine was very noisy so I couldn't sleep. I told the receptionist and they said that there was nothing they could do because they didn't know which room it belonged to even though there was a parking pass with the room number on the window of the trunk. They said it was common for delivery drivers to stay there and they always parked there. I suggested they should have them park away from the room in future.

The staff was great, very professional. Facility smelled awesome when you walk in and clean. Great location, everything within a few miles. The pool was AWESOME. Needed net cleaning, but it was trash in the net. We couldn't get it out. So we just #shewed away the floaties in the pool😏. The party must go on😉. Outdoor gazebo needed TLC. The furniture was a little worn. Since we utilized the area the most during our stay, we tried to keep it clean. It was the gathering spot for my group. Overall, we had a blast at your facility, and we will stay again. Thank you 😊

The hotel ran my credit card 6 times for all the rooms I reserved. Although it stated that we could "pay at the facility," all the rooms had each family name, so they could pay for their own rooms. My name was not on any of the 4 rooms as the main guest. Yet my card was processed for all of the rooms. Thank GOD it was a prepaid debit card, not enough funds to cover the cost. I would NOT have been happy if all the 6 transactions were paid. #lesson.😌

This was the best LaQuinta I ever stayed at and I've been at some bad ones ! The location was in walking distance to everything you need , it was clean, staff were friendly,slept past breakfast but when I walked by after a lot of people where there and all seemed happy. Only required a $50 deposit and was back on my card within an hour of check out. They kept our bags for free all day the day we were leaving for free . Shuttle service was fast both ways . Very nice experience will definitely stay here again in future !

Bed could have been a little more plush but was just fine for a night or even a couple nights !

staff was very welcoming and helpful. location to the airport was good. breakfast was good.

breakfast could have been longer on weekdays (some of us were there for vacation, so getting up before 9 was difficult). the walk to the room from the elevators was very long. temperature in the room was hard to regulate and then felt musty - would have liked to be able to open the window just a little bit. we were told the pool would be closed during our stay (right after labor day), so we didn't pack bathing suits but it was still open because of the nice weather (which I appreciate, but would have been nice to have been told that it MAY be open and it may not, so I could plan accordingly). would be helpful to have access to water bottle filling station elsewhere on property, not just in gym.

great place to stay , clean , comfortable, great house keeping, close to downtown , food options nearby . booked 2 rooms AC not working in one of the rooms did get new replacement room but lady at front desk was a little cranky and hateful, not good customer service person . maintenance could not speak english looked at AC gave a little gibberish left and went home . rates could be a little lower also be prepared to be charged $50 a room that wasn't told on booking sight, refundable but takes a while to get back

Staff friendly. Close to airport with several fast food options next door. We were able to leave our car for five days at $10 per day.

We chose our airport shuttle time based on the breakfast times provided by the front desk employee upon check in. However, when we arrived for breakfast at 6am, we found that it started at 7am (on the weekend). We had to get on the shuttle at 6:30, so we disappointedly paid $40 for an airport breakfast instead. Also, be aware that the shuttle is contracted out for several hotels. We waited at the airport for close to an hour for pick up. Plan accordingly.

The manager and staff were so patient and understanding. I had a solo car accident and was stuck here while my car was a whole nightmare. I had been here for just a weekend at a more costly fancy hotel. That was extended much longer! My room was very spacious and nice. clean bed and towels, fridge was great and cold good variety of TV channels. HBA was aloe and travel size many accomodations easily to walk to. drug store, fast food, Panera, Shoneys and a liquor store. Breakfast is a good variety, including waffle makers and they start serving early. room fees are great in the area

the rug in my room needed vacuum. thermostat hard to regulate on 2nd floor people walking above sounds like construction in rooms. went on all night probably because I went down later, and because I like my food really hot, I had to nuke my breakfast although walking was something I HAD to do without a car and too close for an Uber cost, I found walking at night is probably not safe these are all petty compared to the positives. I will stay again if I ever stay in Nashville again.

Wonderful accommodation, I have been in several hotels of the same chain but this one exceeded all expectations. The room conditions are excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is simply luxurious due to its variety and abundance, in addition to being free and included in the cost. The cleanliness and organization is wonderful. In short, this will be my favorite hotel in the city of Nashville. Without a doubt 5 stars.

The only thing missing is places to access water, there is only one in the gym but it closes at 10, from then on, you have to buy it at the vending machine at the reception.
