Location was nice

The elevator was small and not located in great locations. Had to walk a lot The staff did not speak English. They charged a 50 deposit at the end of checking out and they charged a daily rate for parking. Neither were advised by Booking or the hotel until check out. They also charged me 100 more on my card and in the process of them fixing they charged it twice to my card. They kept referring me to my bank to fix and my bank said the hotel had to fix their error. I was traveling and had to fix the double large withdraw for my travel plans. It took the hotel 4 days to fix.

Clean, super friendly and helpful staff

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of cold and hot options and the quality of the food was high. Handy shuttle from airport to hotel takes about 5 minutes.

Staff aren't very friendly. They look like they don't want to be there. Girl who checked me out just looked stressed and bored. Get another job if you don't want to deal with guests.

Breakfast and how understanding the managers are.

It taking weeks for my $50 deposits to get back on my card causing my cash app to be in a negative $200 and I still haven't received four of my deposits back and it has been way over long enough time and even the manager of the hotel Jade is even print off my receipt portfolios to send a cash app to hurry the process up in returning my money to show them that they have released the money but for some reason I'm still not getting it back

Easy check-in, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious double room for 4 people, beer on tap in the lobby, tv in the lobby, plenty of clean towels for 4 people, 24 hour shuttle, dog treats in the lobby

The shower curtain in our room was clean and white, but smelled bad! The smell overpowered the bathroom.

Breakfast was great, but I recommend always having yogurt for those of us that eat lighter in the morning.

That cash isn't accepted. I had an issue at checkin & had to use my roommates debit card, she was not with me on this trip, but the first employee clearly had an issue accepting the card and told me the manager needed to be present for cash transactions. I came back later, and the second employee swiped my roommates card with no problem.

We had to extend our stay and went through the hotel to book; thankful we could remain in the same room. For a total of 5 nights.

We didn't have hot breakfast for 3 days; their oven or something was broken. Also, when I booked through booking.com I made the reservations for our entire group. So multiple times the hotel charged MY credit card, even though I had the other rooms in the other persons name. So my friends had to pay me, but the hotel still messed up and I'm checking my credit card to make sure I or they were not double billed or I'm not getting the credits that I'm owed. 2 nights my friends had to pay me, then 1 night the person at the front desk could credit my account and bill theirs. It's still going on, I'm still trying to verify everything with the receipts I have and the charges to my credit card.

Front desk customer service. The young man was very knowledgeable. He helped me with a number of things over the course of my stay. I'll be coming back to this hotel.

I was fraudulently booked and billed for days I didn't stay here by Zendesk hotel reservations. Perhaps not the hotels fault directly but they shouldn't allow a company such as this to book for them.

Front desk young man on Friday evening we checked in (1/24) was excellent. Answered questions and offered multiple tips to make our stay easier. Saved us money by suggesting leaving car parked at hotel vs airport.

Early flight meant no breakfast options. Would have been nice to at least have take and go options.

the room was great...sleep really well...shower was roll in for handi-cap. still did not figure out how to shower without flooding floor. that's for another time I guess...the Maid service was great...she often gave me more towels to help with the shower. the pool was clean and nice.

there was nothing I did not like.
