Everything was amazing: the staff and the general manager are amazing people, the room, cleanliness, gym, swimming pool, breakfast…

Nothing. Will definitely be back when visiting Nashville.

Stayed in a double suite (2 doubles plus a couch with trundle) with my husband and 3 of our kids. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion and we liked all of them. Very helpful to not have to pack all of that for our whole family! Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could use some improvement, but we would still stay again for the cleanliness and value!

Breakfast could be improved. Eggs were terrible. Sausage patties weren't fantastic. Biscuits and gravy were mediocre. Muffins and bagels were okay.

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, there were multiple groups conducting some kind of swim class. They took up most of the pool and would stare as if they had a problem if you were to get into the pool. There were multiple adults fully clothed sitting around the pool, which doesn't make for the most comfortable atmosphere. We went down to the pool around 3:30 PM, ended up leaving after about 20 minutes, went out and got food, and returned to the pool hoping they'd be gone but they weren't. We got back to the pool around 6:30 p.m., and they didn't leave until 7 p.m. If I had known that there would be multiple swim classes that would be going for hours, I would have picked a different hotel with an indoor pool. I wish this was stated when booking.

Though a little outdated it was a good value for the price.

The pool was not inviting; looked murky-I would not risk swimming in it. Albeit, the stay coincided on the most heavily traveled day of the season; the hotel didn’t provide adequate shuttle runs-I was wheelchair assisted to the shuttle station-I should not have been put on the 3rd shuttle van, waiting 1.5 hours in sweltering heat underground! Plus I needed to insist on getting a seat on that 3rd van-wheelchair assisted persons ought not have to advocate for a seat on the 3rd van that arrived

Everything was exceptional from the time we got there until the time we left. Customer service was awesome, the mini breakfast was good and the room was exceptional! I would most definitely stay there again!

I loved everything!

On the evening of arrival the girl behind the counter was a little bit arrogant and seemed like she just wants me to quickly get away from the counter. When asked if I could request a late check-out that I don't have to sit at the airport for 5 hours, she abruptly snaped - NO. EVERYONE CHECKS OUT AT THE SAME TIME. The next morning when I went downstairs, there was another lady and when asked again, she very politely responded that yes, it's ok and let me stay there till 3:00 pm. Exactly what I needed. She was overall very helpful and made me feel very welcome at the hotel. Her name is Leann Doherty.

Check in and Check out was incredibly easy and quick. The women who worked the night shift were present both nights and they were friendly when we wanted snacks/drinks. The room was clean and spacious--loved the mini sink in our room. It was close enough to nearly everything we needed.

The pillows could have been better--they sagged immediately. We went to the pool to try and relax during a birthday party (there was a LOT of kids, gifts, and a balloon bag.) But they were fine and the parents apologized for how loud they were--we left the pool pretty quickly. We also wish the shower water pressure was better.

What a wonderful experience Staff upfront at the desk, as well as food hostesses, housekeeping all awesome, helpful, and kind. Room was big comfy and cool..Nash was having some heatwave so air was needed The location was not on Broadway, but we loved that since it was not noisy. Breakfast was terrific, hot and cold selections daily. Free airport shuttle to airport. Pay shuttle at reasonable cost for downtown and up the street Grand Ole opry. There is a laundry room , indoor pool and fitness room Food room has board games.. We played scrabble when we were not sightseeing..was great to have face to face time and put the cell phone down It was our first time to Nashville and was truely memorable. This hotel was a great and we were there for 7 days. We will miss Sonesta and Nash...truelly memorable. Location, the room.

There was a reunion being held. I feel they should have been required to reserve a banquet room. Every morning they were down there for breakfast taking up tables for their sign out sheets, their goodie bags, their picture boards, their event board. If you asked them to move something so my kids and myself were able to eat they give you a look and walk away. I feel the hotel should have required them to move to a banquet hall so other guest were able to enjoy the facility also.

Super nice room. Updated and clean. Plenty of outlets, including USB, for devices. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Better than expected for the price. Have stayed at other hotels for more and "the other guys" rooms were no where near as modern and clean. Breakfast was better than expected as well. Unless you were late getting there in the morning, you ate well. They make sure there is more than enough. The staff was gracious, helpful, and super professional. From front desk associate to security, they were willing to go out of their way to assist you. Sonesta Select will be our first choice when we return to Nashville.

They ran out of Dr. Pepper. But, it was 11:59pm and it was restocked the next morning!
