The location was great; close to a lot of things. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was brand new so it was very clean. We did not use the pool or fitness center. Shower was very nice. Roomy bathroom

The lighting was weird, you had to work with the switches to find how to keep lights off at night. The bathroom was motion activated so it would come on randomly throughout the night. We couldn't find the override. We did not have any hot water. The hot water wouldn't even turn on in the sink. We discovered that the hot water valve under the sink was not turned on. Once we turned it on, everything was fine. Did not like the sliding door on the bathroom - Not enough sound proofing.

I loved the friendly staff. I called ahead before arrival, and the host was really attentive and nice. The room was so cozy, and the bed was comfortable 😌 . I would return to this location whenever I visit Nashville. The restroom had a fantastic sized mirror with LED lights!

The only thing that I didn't like was the restroom's latch that held the door shut. My friend had two cuts from unlocking the door. The edges were a little rigid.

Quiet. Inside the room, we heard no other people talking in other rooms or the hallway. We slept super well on the beds. Appreciated liquid soap, lotion, and shampoos provided.

Bathroom door doesn't prevent sound or smell from traveling to others in the room. bathroom doesn't have a vent-fan to pull out moisture and bad smell.

New hotel, clean rooms and comfy beds

No free breakfast, $10 a night to park, ran out of coffee. No mirrors in room. The maid came in when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Restaurant was closed when they said it would be open. The tv/streaming doesn't work when it's raining.

Very close to airport w free shuttle service. I called hotel when we had our luggage and the shuttle picked us up within 15 minutes. The hotel looks very new. Everything was clean and pretty. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service picked us up on time in the morning and took us back to airport without issues.

I was triple charged for my room and can not get ahold of anyone to take care of the issue. They said that it would be taken care of but as of now they still haven’t resolved this problem
