I needed a crash pad close to Nashville Airport. My incoming flight was delayed and arrived at midnight. I was catching my next flight at 6am. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport, has a free round the clock airport shuttle service and a 24-hour staffed reception. I phoned the hotel after I collected my bag, was given directions to the shuttle pick up, walked there, then phoned back to request the shuttle, which arrived within 15 minutes. The hotel room was nice with a king-size bed and walk-in shower, plus tea and coffee. I had time to shower, freshen up and catch some sleep before catching the shuttle back to the airport at 4am. You have to book the shuttle to the airport at the hotel reception. The shuttle departs on the hour and half hour and is available 24 hours.

Only hot water came out the faucets for the sink and shower. I couldn't get cold water to come out. I was still able to shower and brush my teeth. The receptionist made a note for the maintenance staff.

We arrived at midnight and were greeted by the nicest, friendliest desk clerk. We felt genuinely welcomed. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It felt more upscale than similarly priced hotels. Great value, very positive experience.

Close to the airport and good value. Very accommodating woman at the front desk. Clean room. Also, my credit card didn’t go through (I’d forgotten to put in a travel alert my credit card. We were out if cell phone service so had no idea until we were on our way there and they still held our reservation.

Nothing really - if I have to choose something, it’s the small area for parking out front but there’s a bigger lot behind the hotel at the basement level but it’s near the elevator. The elevator is extremely slow and the 5th floor hall way looked a bit “tired.”

Celli (not sure if I'm spelling the name correctly - worked the front desk Sat 3/23) made our day by being wonderfully accommodating, engaging and thoughtful. After an early morning flight, she jumped right into action in lieu of my request to get into our room a little earlier than 3:00 p.m. In the midst of so many people in the service industry not connecting the dots about how important it is and/or whether customers notice good service or not, it was great to encounter someone who totally gets it. Major kudos to her! When I/we come back to Nashville, you'll have a return customer primarily because of her professionalism.

The toilet in the bathroom of the other room we booked (booked two rooms) was stopped up even before it was used. Someone should have checked this for sure, and some kind of immediate accommodation should have been made (i.e. new room, discounted cost, etc.). If we had caused the backup is one thing, coming into a room with a toilet already backed up is another - not a good start/look.

The hot breakfast was wonderful. I don't eat pork, yet there were still food choices available for me to choose. Cheese omelets were filling. I would recommend adding turkey or chicken sausages for those who abstain from pork products. I was very glad that the white peppered gravy was meat free. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was nice having a airport shuttle to the airport

Breakfast was opened a little late, yet when the clerk noticed, he very quickly pitched in to help the kitchen staff get it all set up. There was pork sausage on the buffet, but I cannot eat pork products. I would recommend chicken or turkey sausage.

We typically stay in Country Inn & Suites when we travel and have never been disappointed.. I really enjoy the breakfast option at this particular hotel and the 3rd party shuttle that is used to get to downtown Nashville..

My only complaints, which are not deal breakers, are that our microwave didn't work and we could hear a noise throughout the night that sounded like an ice maker.. We stayed in room 302. The noise could be annoying to a light sleeper..

All is great! Very comfortable, John was an incredible host! Breakfast is fresh and perfect! Housekeeping was done perfectly by Mrs Alma. Country Inn was the best place I've ever stayed in. It's the closest hotel to the airport, and with good and quick transport to downtown, it's a great place to rest after a busy day. All personnel inside were friendly. No issues in my hotel days. Recommended!!!

The rooms were very clean. Although it was early for me to eat anything for breakfast, my husband enjoyed the food. Good variety of items to select from. We would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was helpful, with the exception of the desk women when we checked in. She accutally was very rude. Our son & daughter-in-law drove us up from Knoxville to the hotel to drop us off. They both saw how she answered me, and mentioned it to me as I left the desk. She had an attitude.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, bed was comfy, room was clean, amenities in room were nice. Nice to channels.

Hotel would tell us to call for towels but when calling, they said to said for housekeeping that never came; especially if you “missed” the first knock. Stains in shower covered by white paint. The construction in front of the hotel made it almost impossible to get in unless traffic was slow. I felt unsafe after the lower level grave car windows got break into. About 4 or more cars.

We liked the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, and the breakfast, which was pretty good, too. But don't go too late, as they don't replace food after 9 a.m.

They charged us a $5 parking fee per night. I think it was meh because parking should be free, but since we stayed only one night, it was okay. They didn't tell me this before I got there though.
