This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The room was super clean. I had enough towels, the microwave, iron, refrigerator and the air was cold. The lady at the front desk was a great help. She sent me to the deluxe room 317. Get that room if you can 😀I was able to get picked up and dropped off by my Uber/lyft drivers with no problem. Swimming pool stayed open till 11 PM. I was not worried about any outside people hanging around. The staff was always at the front desk if I needed anything besides towels or cups , I received them.

Nothing I don’t know what the big complaints were from other occupants. Maybe it’s the fact that you do have to pay a 50/$60 secure Dept cash. No exception. The faucet handle was loose, but compared to everything else. There was nothing to complain about.

Lolitta at front desk was so welcoming and hospitable, she made my family and I feel like family. She was helpful and went above and beyond her duties to ensure we were always comfortable and happy.The hotel was very clean, quiet and smelt sooo good. The hot tub was very relaxing and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. This hotel has alot of amenities, its close to every restaurant you can imagine, has washer and dryer on property, breakfast and vending machines. My family really felt as if we were home in luxury. Wish we could have stayed here but we will definitely be back.This Hotel is definitely 5-star!!

I dont like how we have to leave this property

Second time staying here. The price is GREAT! The location is nice. We love the huge hot tub. Staff is always super super friendly and helpful. We probably will stay again despite the negatives. Beds were super comfortable.

First time we stayed here we found a roach, no big deal it happens. This time no roaches. Yay! However I'm not sure they ever clean the hallways, the floors are always so dirty and the trash seems to never be taken out. Our bed and room were super clean this time but we did have to ask for a shower curtain and then our light blew last night on the bathroom, not their fault. Also, CASH DEPOSIT only and if you don't have change, neither do they. So our deposit was $60 which we got back when we checked out.

Breakfast was minimal, no hot food . But if your gonna have bagels looks like you would have cream cheese. There was cereal, yogurt, bread, bagels, I didn't see much else, but I may not have seen it all.

A lit sign near the location would be nice. I drove past numerous times. I wven ask the police and he couldnt find it either. Maybe you should indicate that its behind Drury and McDonalds. It would help to find it.

The location was great, the indoor pool was wonderful, and the beds were super comfy.

The system seemed to have lost our reservation, so they had to rebook us in person. They also made us wait while they checked in 3 other guests while fixing their mistake. The missing ice bucket/cups in the room also caused a little bit of an issue. Other than those issues, this was the second best hotel we stayed at on this trip.

Clean rooms. Very nice pool. Huge hot tub. Super friendly manager.

Check in was kind of a hot mess but the manager was awesome at getting it fixed. We found one roach in our room after getting back from dinner, but husband checked the rest of the room and nothing. It happens. The carpets in hotel has lots of leaves everywhere. Could have used a quick vacuum. Breakfast was toast, cereal, or oatmeal only.

We did not get to stay for breakfast. We had other plans. We had to leave at 3:30 am. It was well lit outside & I felt safe. The rooms were clean & quiet. My son enjoyed the indoor pool.

We got there early & I asked about early check-in. The employee was polite but firm and the answer was no. I tried to call back after we ate & could not get anyone to answer the phone. I went back to ask where we could go locally to wait & another employee (manager) said rooms just became available. Evidently the employee was new. It took a while for check in & she had to have help.

I loved the breakfast and how nice everyone there was

When I first got to the hotel my reservation was for a two bed and I didn’t get that I only got a one bed. Not only that my reservation got basically taken away and I paid for a two bed he was asking if one bed was fine after driving 10 hours I didn’t care

I like everything. The rooms were nice and clean and smelled great. For the price probably one of the best with an indoor pool I would come back ANYTIME.

So when I booked the room, It stated that I would pay at check-in. Well, I got a text early that day stating they tried and charge my card. but bc my card was locked it was declined. So when I arrived I wasn't able to check in right away, I had to wait 40 mins and then still couldn check in cause the card was declined I had no room but was there. so they charged me twice the amount. for 4 days. It was never fixed or offered to be fixed.

Wasn’t in a bad area. Had food and gas in walking distance. McDonald was 24/7. Gas station was 24/7. Pool & Hot Tub was clean. Rooms were clean. Nice tv in rooms. Shower was clean. Limited breakfast options but worth the money.

Nothing comes to mind. I enjoyed both my nights there. Slept like a baby.
