The indoor "heated" POOL! 😔Please check into changing close time from 10pm til at least 2am in the morning!!! ALL else was AWESOME 👍! Thx u🌻

Fact of NOT being able to SWIM past 10:00pm in the indoor POOL!!!!! Please work on this being changed! Then to have to pay your incidentals by cash, so that you won't have to bear a 3-5 days wait for the money to be returned back to my card!!!😔 Also, not having regular bacon at times during breakfast, rather than heavy pork pattie biscuits on a regular!!! Thx u much

The service was great the front desk lady I believed was named Samantha and she helped check us in and out and did an amazing job

The bathroom had some stuff that needed to be fixed broken light switch button, handles are peeling and stopper plug leaked the water out. But Over all everything else was great

We love the location, and the service. We stay yearly if they have availability.

Wish prices were a little cheaper and when staying for a week I wish they would stock the coffee for the stay instead of having to constantly ask for it.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean.

Not enough breakfast. Breakfast ran from 6-9am, we made it at 8am and they didn’t have any eggs or bacon left and weren’t going to make more despite more people coming down for breakfast.

Large rooms, easy to get to.

The airport shuttle didn’t run past 11:00 PM My flight home from my destination didn’t touch down till 12:00 AM. I had to find somewhere to leave my car with.

Location was good

Me and friend brought our families to Nashville for the weekend. We booked at the exact same time and when we checked out his bill was $70 less than mine and they had no explanation as to why. We booked the exact same room at the exact same time. I’ve called several times and no one will help me

Cleanness, accessible

The only thing I did not like is that check in says at 3pm and room was not ready until almost 3:20 and I was on a time limit,

The room was beautiful and clean. It had a lovely kitchen and I really appreciated the full sized fridge. The breakfast was really good too, with healthier options. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful.

They where testing the fire alarms when I went and I was traveling with my 6 month old daughter. So trying to get her to nap was very difficult. I also would have appreciated being told about the testing by the lady working at the desk when I checked in. They had a sign on the door but it was so long I didn't read the whole thing and it really freaked me out.

They had a hot chocolate bar that the kids loved. The complimentary coffee was also very good.

There was some construction or renovations going on at the property

The staff!!! Absolutely wonderful and helpful and understanding during those canceled flights, stuck out of home, half way to the vacation spot with a family. Just fantastic. And there was lovely complimentary breakfast offered in the morning. I’d support this place and its people again.
