They had variety of options for breakfast. Even a lil area to fix your waffle with all of your favorite toppings.

There are a few things I want to point out. 1. There were strands of hair throughout the room including in the kitchen area and shower. 2. There were also signs of growing mold in the ceiling the bathroom. I’m pretty sure this is due to the type of material that was used on the ceilings and walls. 3. There’s no where to hang your towels and washcloths in the bathroom. 4. The sink in the kitchen area leaked so the counter stayed wet. 5. The sofa needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The ottomans need to be replaced.

Close to the airport

We stayed twice in the same week at this hotel. Left for a few days then came back later in the week. I felt like some of the rooms could be updated maintenance wise. On our 2nd checkin, the AC in our room was out and they offered us fans! I said NO, so they had us move to a new and bigger room. That was nice except the sink/vanity area was loose. You could feel it moving on the wall. Otherwise the hotel was OK.

Good location, good quality, good and comfortable rooms. Most of the staff are friendly.

There was a guy working during breakfast time and he literally yelled at me and my friends because we asked for help with the waffle machine and he was busy taking the trash out. It was more than embarrassing, everyone was looking at us and someone offered to help us since the line started to get long. It was really rude and awful. If he said in a nicer way and respectfully, it wouldn’t be a problem at all. We all saw he was busy, we were not asking for a fast help, we could wait, we just wanted to let him know that there was a problem. After that we just decided to go to a breakfast place and pay for our meal, at least everyone was nice and respectful.

The overall room was amazing, for less than 200 a night, I was expecting a pretty small room, even for a suite. The room was huge and I loved everything about it.

The shower water pressure was super high, felt like it was pelting my back. Hotel lobby floor seemed a little dirty and staff didn't seem welcoming, although it was midnight so it's understandable.

Came to Nashville for a basketball tournament and Mr.Larry was very nice when checking in. Explained everything & even let us check in early. Offered refreshments!! Breakfast was a typical breakfast. Wasn’t much to choose from but it was ok. The whole experience was nice.

It was packed but expected due to the activities going on. Hate that the construction was making it hard to exit the hotel. Other than that I give the hotel 10/10

There were plumbing problems…water pouring into the reception area behind the desk. We were called and abruptly called and told not to use the bathroom sink for 1/2 hour as there was a clog somewhere.

Location was close to the airport.

Water for shower was Barely warm. Bathroom sliding door wouldn’t stay shut. However we happened to have a baggie of nuts and placed it on floor between the door and wall each time to keep it shut.

The breakfast was great. It covered things that the adults and kids loved eating. Waffles, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc.

Everything was great! We were happy with the location of the hotel and room. Also, there was good front parking available; for little kids, this was a plus.

The faculty & rooms were up to part. Also rooms were clean.

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have a microwave in the room. Also on Saturday morning they ran out of forks to use for breakfast. Forks are important when you are trying to eat waffles.

Location is really good for where we were visiting in the Opry Mills area. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had 2 toddlers with us and could have used a microwave to warm food or drink but there was not one in the room.
