Location was easy access to roads and to downtown via 1-40. Considering the. Lose location to the airport, it was quite. Modern decoration, bright and tastefully decorated. Nice gym, free daily warm breakfast. There was also pizza and bar open at nights .The room was perfect with a modern look and a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave small stovetop, sink and basic dishes, cups silverware and few pots. There is easy access laundry downstairs self service. We rent a car and went everywhere we want it. Green parking at the nice museums , so that worked perfectly. It was just perfect!

Can’t think of any negatives,… unless your preference is downtown so you can walk around that area.

"This is only $90?! This room feels more than $90." We felt like we stayed in a 5-star hotel. Our room had a sofa bed, a stovetop, a large refrigerator, and a microwave. The best thing is we arrived 2 hours early for check-in but Corey (front desk) was so kind to check us in any way. We just drove for 8 hours with children and Corey listened and was understanding and considerate!

Our kids couldn't swim in the pool, only because the weather was cold! Not the hotel's fault! Our stay experience was flawless! Thank you!

Rooms and the Staff are nice

The breakfast options could be improved. The bread and bagels were stale, and the fruits weren’t fresh. The yogurt parfait station had some off flavors. The strawberries were sour, and the nuts were rancid. Even the granola had a stale smell. The freshly made omelette was only half cooked, and the coffee machine was broken or malfunctioning. It was leaking water and didn’t make espresso at all. It just made a loud noise and poured a small amount of coffee into the cup.

Very friendly faces greeted us when we checked in, thoroughly exhausted. They made sure we got a quiet top floor room. The beds and comforter were the most comfortable sleep we’ve each had in forever. The made to order omelettes were great-and the friendly chef took it up a notch. The gym was perfect for what I needed, not crowded and had a clean water cooler.

Gym temp was a smidgeon too warm. Location was perfect for airport but a 20 min ride to downtown… perfect if you’re not trying to spend 100% of your time downtown

The property was not hard to find but it was in a secluded location which was nice. The pool was in the back and backed up to trees so it was very private. They accommodated me by putting us on the 1st floor facing the pool next door to my mother. Also the kitchenette area was nice, there were dishes and coffee cups, dishwasher and detergent. The gym was very accessible and had everything you needed. The best part was the grill where they made fresh omelettes and pancakes to order!!!! We will stay again for sure!

There wasn’t anything that I did not like.

The included breakfast is very good, the head chef makes pancakes and omelettes with whatever ingredients you would like in addition to the yogurt bar and other normal breakfast items. It was a delight. I also liked that the rooms included an LG TV with access to the additional HDMI ports so that I could connect an Apple TV brought from home to watch streaming services in the room.

It's a minor nitpick, but there were no throwaway cups in the bathroom, they do have reusable cups in the room, however. Overall everything was great, including the price.

It smelled so fresh and everything was so clean! Beautiful decor and nice staff Close to the airport BUT it was quiet Nice breakfast that included pancakes, French toast and omelettes. The coffee was great. Elevator was super quick too

The location could have been a bit better but it was still close to where we were going which was the Ryman.

Cleanliness was top tier and that goes for the property itself, entrance/lobby, hallways, and rooms. Second favorite thing would have to be the beds… The perfect mattresses.

Was not prepared for the charge for parking but it was inexpensive ($12/per night) and VERY necessary as it covered roaming security since there had been recent car break-ins.

Absolutely awesome stay! Hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet and so comfortable! Best hotel breakfast included! Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly, excellent customer service! Great location and great amenities. Can't wait to use the beautiful pool when we return in the summer. Definitely our new go-to hotel!

Everything was more than perfect!

Everything was clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was amazing.

The pool was closed. Kind of the main reason we booked this property bc of the pool. I also got charged for items out of the store that I didn’t purchase as i never stopped down there, the gentleman at the desk did not believe me when I said I never purchased anything. Was not helpful and there was no manager on duty to help the issue.
