The service was excellent! I needed a TM30 to get a resident's certificate, and they gave it to me right away. Then I asked to update it, less than 10 minutes later they sent me a new one. I didn't have time to hand over my rented bike before leaving, and I asked the staff for help, and they helped me with care and attention. They have a laundry, they do the laundry wonderfully! The cleaning was done every day and the bed linen was changed every two days. The location is perfect, next to the gym, literally opposite, there are two 7/11 shops within walking distance. There is also a large Robinson shopping center within a 15-minute walk, which has everything you need, cafes and restaurants, electronics and clothing stores. It takes 10 minutes to get to central Phuket and old Phuket, 20 minutes to Rawai. We also had a beautiful view from the window.

The room I had was very spacious with a big fridge, microwave & large smart tv (the size you’d have in a lounge room!). I appreciated the tv size to relax after fitness training! The balcony faced directly on to the main fitness street road & is a great size to relax & watch all the happenings! I was also able to hand wash & hang exercise gear every day which dried easily daily. That’s a big plus when you’re changing gear a good few times a day! Even though my room was on the street side, night time is pretty quiet so I had great sleeps in the comfy bed. The location is bang on perfect to reach any of the gyms in a max slow 10 mins walk. It was so easy walking to each class at Tiger Muay Thai & coming back for even just an hour between classes to rest up! I really liked that there’s only a few rooms available at this property, making it very individual & private. The staff are fantastic - they manage any needs from the Pharmacy downstairs so are available easily. Shame on me that I I don’t know her name (!) but one lady in particular is the sweetest & most welcoming host. She always had a big hello & smile watching me come and go. They offer daily cleaning (which included proper bathroom cleaning/sheets/floor etc) but that wasn’t necessary for me often so instead it was easy enough just to grab fresh towels & handover rubbish bags with the ladies in the pharmacy downstairs most days. If you’re a really fussy person then you may not see past a few things like the table being a bit rusty on the balcony. I just put a towel over the edges where it was and no worries! The place is great value & the quality far surpasses a few minor wear & tear points like that. The inside of the room felt very fresh, clean & modern enough . I fully recommend Ra Ra Residence!

Nice sized room with big smart tv. All ammenities you need. Friendly staff and thorough room cleaning. Good central location on Soi taed to get to all training facilities. Mountain view room has a great view from the balcony.

A little hiccup with my initial booking made me have to check in a day later, as my room was occupied. But I was refunded for their mistake and they were apologetic.

Always a pleasure to stay here, been here a few times now whenever I am training on Soi taed. Good sized room with beautiful mountain view, microwave comes in handy, nice big smart tv and very good cleaning service with friendly and smiley staff.

The room is clean. Staff are very niceee! The Size of the room is perfect and the location is in the training area! All facilities you need is covered, big tv, kettle.., fridge, microwave, bread toaster, and also few plates and cutleries in case you need to eat inside the room.

The WiFi wasn’t working at all while my stay. But luckily, I had my own mobile data so it’s fine.

It was so clean, so strategic cause its right on fitness street. Many restaurants walking distance. Can rent bikes right opposite. The staff were attentive and accommodating

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It is very basic but i love it here. Great location on the soi and also very quiet. Staff are lovely and very helpful and next to golden fingers which is the best place to get a massage!
