My daughter plane was d delayed and the front desk let me check in and pay so when she got in she just picked up her key,your staff was amazing and made it nice for my family that traveled in with an new born baby……keep up the good work

It was very clean. Rooms were comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant night. Breakfast was good. I had biscuits and gravy. Staff was friendly. Price of room was very good.

There is a 25.00 charge for the shuttle to the airport which is less than 10 minutes away, and I asked if they supplied airport accommodation, but never mention a charge.

location was easy to access downtown and the airport for a reasonable price.

the staff seemed to be constantly engaged with other staff members or people who were loitering around the hotel that were clearly not guests. the behavior was quite unprofessional and their social engagement was a far greater priority than assisting guests. management needs to be involved asap. trashy

Breakfast very good. Parking & entry & lemon water very nice.

One night staff said we were not to sit in the lounge/ breakfast table area (same place) in evening playing cards. Then she changed her mind said she had all night to clean.…. It was a little uncomfortable .

The adjoining door to the next room had people talking real loud right next to it sounded like they were in the room with us

Great location, close to food and highway access! The room was nice and the staff was really friendly!

There was a bit of trash left in the room and the fridge was a bit dirty.

Needs a little tlc around base of bathroom walls and shower. Chairs in lobby are peeling. Looks tacky.

Took me awhile to find espn. I think it was on the TV. Wanted to watch nba playoffs and relax.

Very easy to check in.

Did not get to partake of the breakfast because we had to be at the airport at 5. No accommodations were made for us.
