We really appreciate how helpful the hotel manager and supporting staff helped us, especially, the shuttle bus driver - Mr. Yoneda San who can speak good English. We didn't book dinner at the hotel since there are quite a few local restaurants near by the hotel, but ran out of cash since we didn't expect the island's car rental company don't accept credit card. The entire staff all try to help us in many ways beyond our expectation. We end-up purchasing a very delicious seafood from a near by supermarket which accept credit card and have a wonderful dinner with the view of Angel Road in our spacious bedroom. The hotel even provide sandals for guest to walk out to the angel road during low tide!

With the beautiful sunset view the room get pretty hot quickly, and the air conditioning unit only have Japanese which took us quite sometime to get to the right setting to cool down the room. An English guide on how to operate the air conditioning unit will be very helpful.

The view from the window is perfect and definitely worthy. There are different types of facilities and even Joe I can see some facilities have been there for a while, the maintenance is good enough to make them look clean and new. There’s a pool near the beach and there are even places reserved for fireworks, especially in the summer. There is a mini game center which is perfect for family with kids.

The mattress in the room is to soft, and I don’t think it’s good for my back. There is a very limited number of staff who can speak another language other than Japanese.

Room with the most amazing views. A bit dated room but in good condition. Great breakfast and the most amazing service, especially at the reception and shuttlebus driver. One of my favourite places in Japan.

A bit small toilet that needed some maintenance. The fridge worked but was missing the freezer door so water bottles were frozen. Not big problems though.

Everything was wonderful, we were received with the smile of the receptionists, we received several amenities, dinner was included, everyone was kind and friendly, always with a beautiful smile. Dinner was wonderful, had several courses ending with a delicious dessert. We very happy feelings. The room is superb, had views from all corners of the room. It was very clean, very big, comfortable and with a wonderful view of road angel. We stayed almost all night in the room's thermal bath. I was celebrating my birthday, it was amazing. Breakfast is excellent and very varied. We had a problem because I booked a room with a discount because of the travel incentive, the room cost 40,000 but I didn't know that I needed to bring proof of vaccinations and because of that I had to pay 56,000 for the room, it was sad but there was no way. So if you get a discount beware of the rules.

I didn't like that when checking out I had to pay 56,000 instead of the 40,000 I booked on booking and paid with my credit card🤔

the view from our room was incredible. I did not think we were getting a room with a view if angle road but then we did!

the breakfast buffet area was very busy and seem understaffed. Though I appreciated the variety of breakfast options, there were not enough non-fish options. The Onsens were lovely but extremely hot. I wish they were a little cooler.

Location and service. All the staff were polite and very helpful. Food was fabulous.

None. But it would be even better if there are some more power point especially by the bed for charging mobile phone etc..

The location of the property is excellent. Close to the pier and next to the Angel Road. The dinner and breakfast is very good with a fair price. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I had a free upgrade of the room and the view was amazing room size was big and the public outdoor bath was superb it’s a bit old hotel but you can appreciate the style and the tradition Staff was very helpful

staff are very helpful, location is perfect and the room was a nice balance between Japanese and western. Loved the outdoor Onsen!

walls and floors are thin and I had noisy kids running all morning above me.

The location is excellent which is next to the pier and the famous sightseeing spot there, Angel Road.

The pillow is too soft!
