Room was well decorated, ample room and closet space. Great bathroom, fabulous shower.

Thedryer was broke, and I asked for another hair dryer as the prongs were broke. When I received the hair dryer, it was late. I went to use it and I realize the reason the prongs were broke on the first once was because they didn't fit in the wall. the second hair dryer didn't fit in the wall either. outlet was too small. I dried my hair in the living area. I tried to call front desk to tell them I needed another dryer. Each time i called it ran once and hung up on me. Had to go down with a wet head and tell them and Wait about 45 minutes to get another one that would not work in the bathroom. Coffee maker in room sucks. It was dinky, and the coffee super strong and bitter

I love it here. I come several times a year. They staff was friendly and accommodating. The food/drinks were great. Love the facility- it offers a lot: access to the beach and the pool, Restaurants onsite, things to do in a walking distance. Shops on site. Spa onsite.

Boardwalk Inn did not serve complimentary coffee in the mornings which I feel should be included at the price we pay. Also they were out of towels for 3 of the 4 days we were there. There are not enough umbrellas at the family pool.

We loved the actual room and pool view.

I did not like that there were not a lot of garbages by the pools, so people left their garbage all over the pool area. I hated the little unattended kids in the hottub. I hated the bar closed at 9 and nothing to do. I really hated that the room next to us was smoking pot on the balcony knowing my kids were outside.

I trurly enjoyed my time. Most everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately the check in experience was quite poor. The staff on hand were very un-accomodating. My parents are high need with medications and their tollerance is a bit low. The check-in team seemed to show very little gard to their needs and it added to frustrations. I asked for their help. I have been in this business so i know what they go thru. But they could have been much less un-carring as they were. Besides this....everything was wonderful!!

Loved the size of the balcony and the view of the pool and ocean. The decor was fabulous! Nice sized bathroom with a separate toilet closet. Also loved the hotel's close proximity to the beach and the resort restaurant/bar. The food and drinks were delicious.

The room had a steamer, but I prefer an iron and ironing board. I missed having a dresser to store clothing in and a full size closet for hanging clothes. There was a small wardrobe but not big enough.

Service was exceptional all around. Had a little hiccup at check-in (my error, not theirs) and the front desk team handled it with grace and professionalism. Room was clean and spacious, and beds were so comfortable. Even though we knew there were guests in the rooms around us, we never heard a thing once in our room. Everything we wanted was there (lots of charging stations, refrigerator to fill with our own items as needed, and Keurig with tea and coffee ready to go.) We loved the lounge area outside Coastal Provisions restaurant to play checkers and chess! Appreciated that all of the gates on the boardwalk were open so we could walk out to the beach even on the chilly nights! We look forward to being back soon!

Layout of the different hotels, pools, restaurants. Very pretty, very clean, lots of restaurants; lots of shady areas to hang out… close to beach. Staff was very friendly.

Band played too late and too loud below our room. AC set to “66”… but it was way warmer than that overnight- causing us to keep waking up; as we sleep with recommended 67 at home. The Auto shut off and eco stuff is annoying & makes it Too Hot and uncomfortable for sleeping

Proximity to beach is a big selling point, great for families due to the swimming pools. The cleanliness and the newness of the resort is very inviting and makes the stay pleasant. All staff is friendly and courteous.

Restaurants are tasty but a bit on the pricey side. The music that is played at the various locations adds to the festive atmosphere but can also interfere with relaxation. I did it like that I could not bring my small dog.

We ate outside at the Boardwalk hotel. Sever was great and breakfast was wonderful. Loved eating on the deck.

I wish that they had another casual outside restaurant for dinner. The main restaurant was expensive and meals seemed a little heavy for a beach atmosphere.

There was so much to do & I love the proximity of the Boardwalk to the beach.

My only negative critique was that the beach chairs and umbrellas were not included in the price. I definitely don’t like that and they weren’t even in the best condition to warrant $25 a day for a chair. With the higher price of the hotel it should be included in the cost of the stay.
