Spacious, clean rooms with easy beach access. Close to multiple excellent dining venues.

Only one elevator can slow things up. Parking at a definite premium and is an additional charge.

The location is very convenient to restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and having a light breakfast included was a plus.

The parking wasn’t an issue for us but I can see it being a challenge for families with older people or small children to walk to the overflow parking in the municipal lots, which are free when you display your Palms parking hanger.

The location of the hotel was amazing, easy access to the beach, restaurants and bars.

I wish there was a little store where I could buy convenience items. I needed asprin and feminine products but the stores were not open yet. It would have been nice if there were small emergency supplies behind the desk. Rooms were loud, brought a sound machine so I couldn't hear the outside noise.

The immediate access to the beach was fantastic and the many eateries and bars within a comfortable walk was a plus. Also, with it being quite windy on the beach, the outdoor pool was a benefit we were not planning on using during our early spring visit.

With the open foyer entrance to the rooms, on each floor, at times it would be a bit noisy, without anything to absorb the noise.

GREAT location. Beachfront and also shops and stores right across the street! Gorgeous area over all. There's also a Harris Teeter close as well as lots of coffee shops and restaurants! It seemed a bit slower this time of year (Feb) which was nice if you like a slower/calmer vacation.

The room was alright... the door got easily stuck and the water pressure was not amazing. The bed was not super comfortable but it was alright. Also the elevator was pretty sketchy- we took the stairs each time.

Really liked the location. Beachfront with only a very short walk over the dunes to the beach. There was a shower/foot wash which was nice. It was walking-distance to multiple restaurants. There was some parking onsite which was nice. The continental breakfast was basic but good. The rooms were clean and there were planty of towels. There was also shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

There was no window to the outside. The only window in our room opened into the hallway. Some rooms had a balcony with an oceanview but our room had no natural light. There was also no communal type outdoor space such as a terrace or porch. There was a pool but it was very small and only 5ft deep (water was warm). There were some chairs around the pool deck but no shade. It was 100 degrees while we were there so some shade would have been nice. The sheets were kind of scratchy/starchy. There was an elevator but it was slow and no AC so was very hot. This is me being "nit-picking" -- Overall -- good property and would stay again.

Everything. Loved we had a joining door with the two rooms. Breakfast is a plus when traveling with kids. Having direct access to the beach was the best feature. Rooms were fresh and clean. We were able to see rabbits in the back of the hotel.

The walls needed to be wiped down better, especially by the table. One of the beds could have been replaced, seemed like it sunk in the middle.

Absolutely loved the location! It was so easy to walk down to the beach or to yummy restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds comfortable, and felt very safe.

The lobby was tiny which made grabbing breakfast for our group of 4 difficult. There was only one small elevator that often got congested. The limited parking underneath truly is “limited” meaning we had to park further away and lug our baggage.

The place was right on the beach. There was also a swimming pool you could use for the evenings. The place is right on a party street with lots of live entertainment.

The parking is really small - if you have a big - its will be incredibly difficult to park (you couldn't even turn in one swing to get through the parking lot.. There isn't enough parking as well.

Excellent location on the beach and easy walk to restaurants. Very clean and cozy feel with a very basic, but nice breakfast.

Loud! First night we had large group outside our door area talking and goofing off for about an hour at 4. I called office and it was taken care of effectively. Really it was my bad for not calling earlier.
