We were very impressed with the breakfast selections for the price. There were scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, pancakes, french toast, several types of bread for toast, bottled juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, a good assortment of beverages. The room was clean, they had WIFI, the pillows and bed were very comfortable, and a walk in shower. The reception staff were attentive and very friendly, with a welcoming chocolate chip cookie. They had an excellent menu for dinner and a well stocked bar with a very knowledgeable, friendly bartender.

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Nice smell inside hotel.

The room was small. The bathroom was very small. Hard to open the door all the way because of the toilet. Restaurant was $15 for breakfast but it was a typical continental breakfast given free at any other hotel. Front desk clerk got room wrong so we were trying to open another guest’s door. (Definite security issue) No extras for guests like all day coffee or cookies. In fact, I was admonished when I asked for a cookie the second night. (Will not return. I don’t like being treated like a child by the staff).

The property is clean and in a perfect location for everything!

I didn’t like that they gave me an excuse of why they could not print me a receipt when I was checking out. They advised that because I booked through a third-party service they were not able to print me a receipt which I think that shouldn’t be a thing if it’s truly a thing because just because I use a third-party service does not mean that I shouldn’t be able to get an invoice of how much I pay when I came to your property

The staff member at the front desk is a young man. He's very handsome, attentive, warm and considerate. He also reminds guests of safety issues. The overall environment of the hotel is nice, and what's more, parking is free.

There is a rather strong smell in the room. The air - conditioner makes a lot of noise, and its control panel isn't user - friendly. The operation instructions aren't clear, which is quite inconvenient.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and the location was great for restaurants, beach, shopping. The hotel had easy parking and was new modern, clean and accommodating for our service dog.

The breakfast was not too tasty. Our television did not work properly. We were in a hearing accessible room and our alarm went off in the middle of the night which was frightening. Someone hit our doorbell.

Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also appreciated the free coffee in the lobby.The location was very proximal to all of our tourism interests. All in all I would recommend.

The only thing that didn’t look appealing was the very small pool.

Nice location. Close to a lot of things there in Mt Pleasant. We had an interesting room. It was the only room on the first floor. It was a little noisy at times because it is right by the restaurant.

Besides the noise everything was fine.the lighting in the room could have been better, but we had two big windows to let in natural light.

Room was nice. Linens, bed and pillows were all comfortable. The facility was clean overall. Limited gym equipment. Location is good if you have a car and are willing to drive.

Pool was closed, no hot tub, limited gym equipment. Housekeeping staff was hit and miss. The bar in the lobby was WAY overpriced. $16 for a Michelob ultra.

Hotel was clean and had great shred spaces. Bed was quite comfortable.

I was surprised that there was no automatic daily maid service. When we got back from a long day fishing we found our bed unmade and bathroom askew. I know understand that we could have requested maid service. I don’t feel that I should have to request maid service when paying $200/night. And then we had to pay for coffee down in the lobby. Even super 8 has complimentary coffee.

Clean room - nice Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries - front desk hostess handed us a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival - very nice touch!

Bar service could have been a little more prompt and friendly but was sufficient for the amount of people sitting and drinking
