The room was cozy and clean. The bed was so comfortable. If you don’t like to sleep with any lights on (like my husband) they have some nice blinds which can make it really dark in the room - very much appreciated. They have dove products and they smelled so good!! Xx

The windows cannot be open so it kinda smell stale. And also I found I small facial towel hanging from the shower pole that looked like it could be there from the previous stay. Honestly it looked like a rock… but I didn’t want to make such a big deal because the price of the room.

The location just off the bridge that connects Mt. Pleasant to Charleston is perfect for visiting the city. The room was clean and comfortable - if a bit dated (no walk-in shower) - but the bed was very comfortable. Great staff. The breakfast fare was typical of this type offering, omelet, sausage, breads, sweet rolls, etc. and were served fresh and hot. Good coffee!

The TV was an older, smallish model and we prefer walk-in showers, but both are a quibble-- only because you asked.

I liked everything

I did not like not getting a receipt. When I checked out I was told I would receive my receipt in an email and I have not received one. I called Holiday Inn a few days after I returned and they said I would get a receipt from booking.com since I booked the hotel through them and I have yet to receive a receipt.

The hotel was in a good location, and it was easy to get around Charleston. There were good restaurants near by with in walking distance. Property was well kept. Breakfast was included, and the selections were good. The staff was very friendly.

The toilet was very low to the floor. For older people, it was hard to get up from.

Staff was very kind! We got a free upgrade, which we loved because somehow what I booked wasn't available. So I'm thankful they took care of me and my family. The hotel was super nice and clean, and again, our room was amazing! The beds were comfortable, which is important to me, and they provide everything you need for the shower (Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). We didn't get to try the breakfast, but their coffee was good.

No complaints

Kia at the front desk was nice and professional. My room was very clean and comfy. The location is my favorite in Mount Pleasant. Close to Charleston, the veterans pier, and everything I usually partake. Also, the parking was awesome and plenty....

The only thing is the chaise lounge looked old and stained ,other than that, it was perfect!

Love how I feel like queen by the cleaning crew department in the third floor!! More power whoever in charge of running it because you I don’t need to ask for refilling Whatever! You guys are Awesome!! Breakfast is excellent!! My 2 adults kids love it !! The quality of the beddings are soo comfy and soft! love them soo much !!

Not crazy about the receptionist in charge infront greetings is like yeah your here! What can I do? lol I laughed at it ! They need to be aware when they laughed at customers walking away is not a nice thing to do just sayin ! I managed a business for 10 years and those are just awful to see! They definitely need to improve that part because they are the first impression of the stay!

The cleanliness and comfort of the room( bed and sheets were very comfortable). also liked that the hand soap was a pump not bar soap that gets messy , loved the bench and hooks above to place luggage etc on, friendliness of staff while checking in.

No waffles. You had a wonderful selection at breakfast, but Belgium waffles are a favorite for my family when we travel.

Everything was great. Hot breakfast with different options every day, large, clean room with comfortable beds, location right off the Arthur Ravenel Bridge and the same parking with Grace and Grits. Will definitely stay here every time when visiting Charleston.

Nothing, all was exceeding the expectations

This hotel was super convenient for visiting the Charleston. The presidential suite was nice and spacious for our party of 5.

The staff was pretty unpleasant. Both phones in our suite were not functional and had several broken buttons. They also have a kitchenette in the suite, but there isn’t even soap for the sink or dishes/silverware of any sort provided which seemed strange. One of the rooms was also exceptionally cold and if you turned the thermostat up one degree it would turn the heat on and become uncomfortably warm so there was no winning.
