The balcony views were spectacular, the pools were great, the staff was very accommodating. The only glitch was the air conditioning system was sketchy, and the front door of our room needs to be repaired because it gets stuck.

The food & restaurant options were limited on the property but not really a problem since others are close by. Not much not to like.

Prime location, beautiful views and for the most part a friendly staff. I enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pits and live music.

The Fish house had hands down the worst breakfast I’ve ever eating. Everything about the food was gross and not worth the money. The pregnant waitress was horrible, short and took 15 minutes to greet us and the restaurant was dead. The bacon was so hard and over cooked it was black. Our waitress told us there isn’t anything she could do about it. Needless to say it’s being disputed with my bank.

The place was lovely, clean, great location, great services, party on Friday nights with a great band, pool was clean and fun!

I didn’t like that there weren’t other breakfast options other than the fish house. Would be nice to be able to just get a bfast sandwich, rather than have to get a whole bfast. The fish house was just ok. The service was not great, long wait for to go orders, for the chicken dinner dish, the chicken was over cooked. Other restaurants to watch were good, liked that we could order at the pool.

The bathroom seemed old. Also , they were painting the hallways when we were there so it smelt like paint when we were in the hallway. Ice machine was also broken.

Superb accommodation with great views

Unfortunately the staff let this property down. The first night in the Reel Bar our food order was lost, the second night we got food but not what we ordered. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am the day we were checking out, and did not seem to understand that checkout was not until 11.00am; it took ages to persuade her we were not leaving the room at that time. We asked at reception for clarification regarding our bill and the receptionist was curt and dismissive and failed to explain anything properly.

Our first night was in Harborside, which was nice and clean, but for our family the room was a bit small. So the rest of our stay we upgraded to a bigger room next door at the (I think it’s called) beach club with water views and it was absolutely stunning! Good food, friendly staff, beautiful inside and out! Highly recommend!!

The first and smaller room we stayed in, we could hear running water from somewhere all night long. Other than that it was great!

No water access in beach area ☹️ Handle on bathroom door missing on inside, hard to open and close. Phone charging unit not upgraded for Apple 14 and Sabine. They changed their cords. Ladies restroom in lobby was always HOT. The room bathroom was beautiful but not practical. Ladies need more cabinet space for makeup and accessories. Amenity fee was exorbitant!

I love that there is a water taxi available. We love that we can park our car at the resort on Friday and leave it parked until we check out. between water taxi and free shuttle service it makes it so convenient.

I honestly can't find a single thing to point to for our stay to be better. We had an amazing time and will be back as soon as life allows!!! The resort is well maintained and inviting!!! I love that there is more than one bar option.

I really liked the sea view.It was excellent to see on the balcony because it was close to the beach too! Also, I liked the peace that this hotel transmitted.

They should have more options of restaurants. There was a bar inside the hotel and I didn’t know if they had food too. The size of the hotel that we stayed, was small and didn’t have oven or a microwave to heat food.But otherwise, the peace of the hotel was awesome, the parking was easy to find to park the car.

It could have ( should have) been a great vacation but for the poorly designed bathroom door in our room. The door was heavy and didn’t move easily on it’s runner. Biggest issue was it lacked a proper handle to open/close so each use was an ordeal. One of our party broke a fingernail in the process.I reported it to front desk and was assured it would be checked out but unfortunately nothing was done
