The bathroom was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. Loved the walk in closet with the shelves to put our clothes on. Prefer that over a dresser. Just needed to add a light in the closet. Room had plenty of hooks/towel bar for hanging towels. Breakfast everyday was nice. I liked how they added/changed a new item from day to day. The young man at the front desk was very nice and greeted us everyday when we walked by. We loved the hotel location. It was very easy to go into Charleston. We even biked there from the hotel. Also biked to Sullivan Island and Isle of Palms. Both are very beautiful. Very good Restaurants are in the area as well. Loved Vicious Biscuit and Santi's Mexican Restaurant. Wish we had time to eat there again.

Only thing the room needed was a light in the closet. And a bike rack in the covered garage parking area would be nice. We had to lock our bikes up to a pipe.

Great location, lots of restaurants, grocery stores nearby, less than 30 minutes either way to Folly Beach and Isle of Palms, only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Room is clean, spacious, friendly staff. Good design: parking on 1st floor, lobby is on 2nd floor, elevator goes from room floor to parking floor, without going through lobby.

Breakfast was good but not great: grits, sausage, bread, bagel, cereal. Wish they would serve scrambled eggs instead of store bought omelettes and JD english muffins.

Very nice stay. Breakfast was good. Clean hotel. Beds were comfy, and the staff were very nice.

I only gave a 9 because the pool isn't a pool it's more like a jacuzzi at any other hotel. In a city with this high humidity, where travelers will want to find relief from the heat upon arrival; you need a larger pool. I stayed there because you had a pool only to be disappointed by the size. No one wants to take a dip when 5 people make it a crowd. Also, afternoon nap was interrupted by construction in the building, but it stopped pretty quickly. Repairs are sometimes unavoidable.

The front desk clerk (MEF) was amazing. She was able to give us a top notch recommendation for breakfast. I loved her customer service. I liked that we had a room on the first floor. The rooms were clean. I loved the bed and the comfort of the rooms. The location was spot on. Very accessible. Loved it💞💞✨️

Honestly, I can't think of anything we did not like. I will be back for sure.

Ok so the girls up front was cool as hell! They were professional but so down to earth, loved Jessica and the other young lady with the glasses. I was doing a surprise birthday for my man and they help me set it up. The room was great ! I know this hotel should have built a bigger window to view the bridge. Food was great! Location great! Everything just great!

Everything was good, I know they need to fix that ice room, it was leaking everywhere! And it was hot as hell in there too.

Check in process was smooth; room was spacious and clean.

The continental breakfast was pretty sad. We decided to just go get breakfast somewhere else. The staff was pleasant but not friendly or welcoming. That was a bit disappointing. It makes a difference.

The location was exactly what I needed, for visiting family, right across the street from their home.

The only negative thing I had at all were that the pillows were very hard and flat. Didn't keep me from sleeping, just not what I'm used to.

I loved the ambiance. Staff were very helpful. The location was ideal. Loved the option of breakfast. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. Yes, to being able to leave your car without a parking charge. ✨️✨️✨️
