The hotel is really great — everything is beautiful, well-organized, with polite and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as I wanted. My main reason for choosing this hotel was the heated and open pool, but it wasn’t actually heated. It wasn’t freezing, but it was cold. On a hot, sunny day it feels nice, though. I plan to come back in the summer — the leisure area is really beautiful and a great place to relax.

I didn’t like the $15 extra charge for property amenities

Lunch was ok. The service for food orders at the restaurant on location took extremely too long. Drinks were very well made. I had the best Gimlet made by the bartender. The gym was very nice and well equipped. One of the Peloton bike did not connect to the software and the 2nd bike could not be adjusted due to broken or wore out hardware.

Upon arrival we notice two staff members conversating. The male helped the first patron before us but the second staff member seem irritated and did not have a pleasant attitude to assist with check in. However did not encounter her anymore during our stay

Loved the location! The grounds surrounding the hotel was beautiful the snack area was cool in the lobby .The attentiveness at the front desk. And the complimentary breakfast was great!

The lack of house keeping, no one tended our room with fresh towels and toilet paper. I had to track it down myself. The pool was too warm, and the smaller pool was out of order the whole time we were there. That was disappointing.

We loved the cleanliness and the staff’s responsiveness to a problem with our air conditioner. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the games and having a drink poolside.

Th e air conditioner was very loud. We so appreciated the fast attention of the staff to fix a problem with h the air conditioner when we first stepped into the room. This was good. However, it was still quite loud. Our room could have used some updates.

The bar run by Skylar is excellent. Hotel staff overall is kind and helpful, they were able to give an extra hour for checkout which was deeply appreciated. Room amenities are good. Bed is comfy.

The view from my "upgraded" room was not the best. Just a rusty roof, maybe not worth the extra money I paid. The creamer provided with the coffee in the rooms is disgusting, don't bother making it, just drink the coffee in the lobby. Pool is nice but could be kept cleaner and could use with some accessibility upgrades (like handrail by the step into the pool). It's a challenge for small kids and elderly to take the big step in/out of the pool.

We had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect near the beach and Charleston. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The pool area was outstanding. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

They only suggestions we have is that there was only one washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor. People would leave their clothes beyond their timed limit. I was told by the concierge that they did not have a laundry service. Perhaps this is a service that can be offered especially if it is pet and kid friendly.

I liked everything about your hotel. Most everyone was super friendly and hospitable and the pool yard was nothing less than fantastic. It was a resort feeling for sure.

Please, please don’t fire anyone but as a bartender myself I know it is important to make the customers feel comfortable and I did not get that vibe. I don’t know why if there is a full bar that you would shut it down unless it is a law. The bartender that was from I believe Ecuador was amazing. He made the bar come alive.

We were greeted immediately by the bell hop helped us with our luggage we got the two queen room but accidentally given a king and he ran down for us and got it switched for us so we didn’t have to once we were in the room the desk called to make sure everything was to our liking, the staff was very friendly the property clean and the pool felt like a vacation resort right in the busy area of Mount pleasant

I wish the standard rooms had a microwave with a toddler who’s hungry on his own schedule at times a microwave would be great for a quick fix or left overs

The hotel was nice. It was clean and everyone was friendly. We only ate breakfast, but it was very good. The outdoor area was really inviting.

There was some confusion with the booking. We reserved and paid for a king room, but got a different room. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but there was a pricing difference that was never addressed. The desk clerk just told me that when you book online the reservation doesn't come through the same way and that I should call the hotel to confirm my preference next time. I would have liked a refund for the difference in the price of the room we requested and the room we got.
