Excellent experience! Everything was easy; parking, meals, check-in, check-out, everything. Everyone on the staff was super cool. This is just a relaxed hotel with everything done right. The meals were awesome and the manager's reception was always a blast.

I got a room upgrade which was described as having a balcony and a harbor view. It did have a balcony. But the room was on the second floor and I could only see the harbor if I leaned off the balcony and stuck out my head out far enough to see a tiny view of the water. Not what I pictured for my "harbor view" experience. Next time I'll make sure and request a higher floor.

wonderful breakfast, great view of the Ravenal bridge, quick walk to memorial waterfront park and pier. only complaint is the view from my corner room with harbor view. I was on the 4th floor, and the view of the harbor is terrible, you need to be on the 6th or 7th floor to have a view. We requested an early check in, and I realize they can't always accommodate that request, however our room wasn't ready until 4:45. with that being said our stay here was wonderful, the property was beautiful, the staff friendly, the proximity to Isle of palms beach, and many restaurants, and Shem Creek was great. we plan to return in September , and would highly recommend this property.

Great location for universal parks. Staff very helpful and friendly - including helping ship a personal item I left at the hotel. Breakfast was basic but fine to get the day going.

Hilton should be embarrassed by the use of single use plastic for serving breakfast with all straight into the trash. Seems to be an Orlando and a Hilton hotels default. Really poor from Hilton and no excuse for such use, and especially odd in a state where the environment and natural attractions are such a central part (outside Orlando at least!)

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful room. Amazing view from the window! Delicious food in the restaurant. At 5 pm compliments - drinks, cheese, cookies - it's very nice. Quiet, very quiet and beautiful area. I liked everything!

At breakfast the staff is clearly hampered by the large number of guests and it is very crowded, noisy and bustling. And it is a pity that the windows do not open. The hotel is near the bay and at night it would be nice to sleep under a fresh breeze, and not an air conditioner!

The hotel is quite new by the look of it and was very clean inside. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The people on reception are very helpful and welcomed you with a smile. Location was good if just a little off the main road.

It could have been signposted a bit better as we had trouble finding it as there was no name on the building we could see when we arrived all be it in was the dark. I had to go in and ask if I was at the right place.

The location was great! The maintenance, kitchen, bar and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming. At breakfast there was a good choice and the managers reception was also very good. ,

The staff on reception!!! In particular the women who checked us in and out. They were rude, hardly made eye contact and didn’t welcome us to the hotel. We were given our room key and a piece of A4 paper and told “everything you need to know is on there”! On check out she hardly looked up probably because I had disturbed her on her phone and didn’t even say thank you when we paid. During our stay we felt like an inconvenience. At one point, when I asked about towels for the pool, she made me feel that I should be apologising even for asking. Maybe they should learn from the other members of staff on customer service.

It is in a beautiful location close to area shops and attractions. The staff was all very pleasant and accommodating, especially the ladies at the front desk. My family all highly enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. It was excellent, and I will consider Embassy Suites in the future for our travel needs. Being able to access a hot breakfast at the hotel that was included in our stay made it easier to get out and about in the mornings.

The cost of parking is excessive for a hotel guest at $30.00 per day. This is not a downtown property, so I didn't understand the additional parking charge. The parking garage reader also had trouble reading our hotel key, which made exiting a little difficult. Luckily, there was a feature to buzz the front desk, who would promptly let you through. The room was comfortable but perhaps a little on the smaller side for a suite.

Very nice facility, restaurant was great for dinner if you didnt want to get out along with the bar area, had a free evening snack and drink time from 5:30 to 7pm everyday and the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of great choices. Staff was super friendly and very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this facility to our friends and family.

No complaints from us, everything was wonderful

The only area of constructive criticism would be that Kate who works the breakfast room clean up for 5 days a week is extremely annoying and loud. She is abrasive and in your face all the time. It’s almost like she thinks it’s her “showtime”. She also wants to remove your plates and cups before you are even finished. People want to eat breakfast in peace. She is a bad reflection on the hotel and if I were in management, I would look to replace her with someone else. I didn’t reflect this in the rating given as I am sure she will be replaced soon.

It was a beautiful place. Staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed the managers reception every evening. Breakfast was great especially the omelet station. A very quiet place.

Walking in between the parking garage and the hotel. The little walkway between the buildings could use some coverage. So you don't get drowned when it is pouring down rain.
