Only about 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, 15 minutes from North Charleston. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great! All the staff was very friendly.

There is a smell of cigarette smoke immediately entering the lobby. Our room (non-smoking) did not smell, thankfully, even being in the first floor. But the smell was very strong when entering the hotel.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, pool, value. Water bottle filler is great!

Parking got too full and no good solutions. Limited options for breakfast.

Great location and good value compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was great as well. I had a western omelette, grits, and bacon but they also had hash browns, two flavors of waffles and numerous bread and pastry items.

Unfortunately when I turned down my bed, I noticed there was hair all over the sheets. I called the front desk and asked to be moved but they were completely booked. They did; however, bring a clean set of sheets and made my bed up. The agent apologized and was super nice. I’m sure this was an anomaly, but no idea how that happened. The rest of the room and bathroom were very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The only issue we had was that the toilet did not want to flush down the toilet paper. We had to flush it 2 to 3 times to get the paper to go down.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in promptly. Despite the hot weather, the room was cool and the air conditional and temperature control remained excellent at all times throughout the stay. Breakfast the next morning was ample with a good selection of both sweet and savoury foods, and I also appreciated the option to get free coffee and water refills whenever I needed it.

The room had a fridge, however it was extremely noisy and kept buzzing throughout the night. This caused me to be kept awake and wake up at several times throughout the evening, and I awoke very early due to the noise. This was a significant downfall of the room and a great shame, as the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

My husband and I liked everything about our stay. The hotel was clean and offered many things like a fitness room, free coffee at all times, snacks drinks and other helpful items were available also. The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping were so sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy and they also provided nice shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The location was perfect for us too. It wasn't directly in the chaos of Mt Pleasant but a few minutes away from everything. 10 out 10 hotel for sure. Breakfast was also AMAZING. The staff really does go above and beyond with everything they do.

We didn't like that we didn't stay longer :)

I am travelling with my family from the UK to visit friends and explore South Carolina. I have to say the facilities provided were exceptional. Spotlessly clean, large rooms which were well equipped. Very good value for money when compared to similar establishments in the UK. The breakfast was very good and just what we all needed to set us up for a day exploring Charleston. Staff were polite and professional. Thank you.

Breakfast was great, staff was kind and friendly, and the hotel SCREAMS CLEAN AND SMELLS AMAZING!! I consistently come back here over and over because it is located in such a wonderful area close to many things in Charleston Downtown and Mt Pleasant. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this property. Thank you to everyone who works there making this such a CLEAN, WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY stay every single time.

Nothing, everything was amazing and I do not have any complaints at all. All areas of this property were clean, well lit, smelled good, safe.....10 out of 10 in our book! We keep coming back over and over and will continue!

Great and convenient hotel at Patriots Point right across the bridge from downtown Charleston/French Quarter. The price and value is great as compared to hotels in downtown and its 10 minute drive to downtown. Breakfast was good and convenient and had a lot of options.

Some of the staff (person who checked me in and some other person I asked questions to) was kinda rude and did not care about helping guests I felt. The reason the review is not lower is because other staff were very nice.

What lovely staff! Clean, comfortable and good size room not far from the centre of town. Good quiet location with a pool and decent breakfast. Alexis was a pleasure to deal with on check-in and gave a warm, relaxing southern welcome and a friendly check-out with Fabian. All the staff can't do enough for you and always have a smile. We stayed for 2 nights whilst on a road trip and would highly recommend. Thanks guys!
