We liked everything about this facility. Everything was very very clean and well maintained. Staff with the exception of the late afternoon female front desk clerk went out of their was to assure that we had a pleasant stay. We liked the convivence to the Patriots Place Naval Museum such an interesting place to visit. Breakfast was more that we expected every thing was fresh, hot foods hot cold foods cold. Good coffee!!! The attendant was spot on keeping everything clean and replenished. Beds were clean and fresh and comfortable. Nice toiletries provided too. Well maintained facility. Clean, safe and comfortable. Some nice places to eat close by. Easy drive into Charleston. Easy drive to and from I95. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

The staff was wonderful & helpful. They gave great restaurant recommendations & the breakfast was tasty each morning. The room was clean & adequate towels were provided each day. The beds were comfy & clean also.

It felt a little sketch on arrival- the smell of weed was prominent & our neighbors in the adjoining door were yelling about something- the walls were a little thin for the noise of the neighbors. Also the water pressure was very low & the pipes made a groaning noise whenever someone in a nearby room turned on their shower.

The staff is fantastic there and is very accommodating. We inquired about possible filming on the premises, and they were extremely helpful, even though we didn't end up filming there in the end.

The use of plastic during breakfast is beyond crazy. I wish at least utensils weren't individually wrapped in plastic. the hotel should think more about the environment, not just convenience for the staff to do less work. They could also use a bit of a better air circulation in the breakfast zone.

I had a great experience with staying at this hotel for my semi annual solo trip. I arrived early after spending 12 hours from philly via train. The front desk staff was extra helpful in helping me get a room as soon as possible. They answered all my questions about the area and gave some great recommendations of local places to eat and visit. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was an easy uber ride to all the places I wanted to go, downtown and the beach! Will be staying here again for sure

The toilet ran all day and night but close the bathroom door and you don't even notice

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was a hot one with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and then the other sort of breakfast items . Different juices and coffee. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We had just come back from our cruise and I didn't realize that we would be in so early so our room wasn't ready. And I had 3 rooms booked and we had no car because I wasn't getting a rental until that next day to go home in. But the front desk lady was so nice that she had 1 room she could give us and that was around 11. So we put all our stuff for 7 people into that one room until after three p m when the other two rooms would be ready. She didn't have to but she did.

I had asked in my emails to the hotel prior when booking for some almond or soy milk or non dairy creamer and they said they would be able to but that didn't happen. Also asked for rooms close to each other but all 3 of our rooms were nowhere close to each other.

The room was clean and nice. It was spacious. We had a view of the swimming pool from our door. The beds are nice. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It had a good spread - Waffles, Sausages, Egg, varieties of Corn flakes and Mueslis, Fruits, Yogurts, juices, coffee, baked potatoes, porridges, nutri bars, and bacon. They also had some cookies and fresh drinks kept near the receiption in the afternoon, which people can enjoy. Overall, we had a lovely stay as it is equidistance to the city, Sullivan/Isle of Palm beach and to Boone Hall Plantation. It is also walking distance to Orlando's Pizza and Moe's Southwest Grill.

2nd room we got was good and clean. Bed was very comfortable. (Room 257)

At first we were booked into a ground floor room. (160) It smelled very much like mildew and mold. The tub had chipped & peeling parts. Very outdated. My daughter is allergic to mold, so we asked for a change of rooms to the 2nd floor and they did change our room.

Breakfast (eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausages, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee) better than expected. Room heater/AC comfortable & quiet. Location (at end of Ravenel Bridge) ideal—much to enjoy in Mt Pleasant; Charleston 10 minutes away.

Breakfast room and table accommodations were crowded. Would help to extend breakfast time to 9:30am on weekdays (as on weekends). The lobby does accommodate some table-seating—6 more high-table seats.

Please, just rope off the dining room until it opens. Don't lock guests outside in the elements not allowing them to come into the lobby until 6 a.m. Buy roping!!! Be kind to guests!! I had a conversation with clerk through the glass doors. She would not let us in the lobby because it was 5;50 a.m. We would have sat in the lobby and waited, but we had to wait outside.

Had a great two-night stay at Quality Inn Mt. Pleasant – Charleston! The place was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Loved how close it was to downtown—made exploring easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is a standard US hotel breakfast with a lot of plastic waste.
