Good location. Easy parking. Good breakfast and pleasant waiting staff.

Unwelcoming check in by sullen member of staff. Failure to service the room daily despite multiple requests to reception staff.

The breakfast was really good, I liked having so many options. (hot and cold). I would recommend you include the breakfast option when booking your stay. It's worth it. We were visiting Charleston, so the location was perfect. Just a short driver over the bridge and downtown is right there.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. It's great regardless of the price. You can't beat it's location and friendly staff. It's worth it. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

We loved the fact that we were greeted with smiling faces as we walked through the door. We had just left another hotel 15 minutes after we checked in due to roaches we seen in the room so we did not even stay. We were in desperate need to find a hotel with vacancy that was CLEAN! We were in town for my sons ball tournament, as soon as I seen the Hilton had a room I jumped on it. I have never been disappointed with a Hilton and this one was amazing. The staff is so friendly at all times. And they are always smiling. The chef was so nice and cooked an amazing breakfast as well. From that night at almost 1 am this place saved us from literally sleeping in our car that night. And they made sure we were accommodated with everything we needed. We were blessed to have found this hotel and the staff.

I mean it is a little pricey. But that night I would have paid whatever to not have roaches in the room with me.

I booked here because it had a fire pit area that I was looking forward to hanging out by, but the area was locked up pretty early in the evening. The front desk agents also didn’t offer any information about the amenities and services without me asking.

The property is modern, clean and in a very good location.

The attitude of some of the front end employees. Also, we didn’t get room service and needed to ask and get our towels from the front end.

The location is very good and easily accessible. The facility is clean and nice. The bar and food there was excellent.

The only complaint I have is the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

As they say....Location, location, location.. This Hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, activities etc. Staff was friendly and service oriented. Hotel was very clean. Room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I were satisfied and would stay there again.

More coffee pods and having French vanilla creamer.

Rude customer service at front desk checking in attendant was on her cell phone which appeared to be a personal call. Amount that booking said I was responsible for was not what the attendant told me. I understand there may be some extra charges or incidentals I wanted to ask about that at check in time but it was very late checking in and I felt like her call was more important than me asking a question or her explaining without asking so I left it alone for the time being, and ask questions later when a new front desk attendant was on duty.

So convenient and close to the historic area of Charleston. The hot breakfast was great. They had made to order omelets and many other items to choose from a menu.

We had no complaints.

Nice hotel and good location. Staff was very nice and professional. Room was clean and satisfactory for my needs.

Wi-Fi was horrible. Many apps on my phone would not perform while Wi-Fi was enabled causing me to have to use the phone's data. Drinks from the Pantry were extremely overpriced! One is better off to stop at a store and purchase what drinks you desire and bring them with you (unless you wish to stick with the cheap free bottled water).
