It was in a very convenient area! Everywhere was either a 10-40 minute drive for us. The beach was a 10-20 minute drive. They provided small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a hair dryer (I didn’t use it). There was a small fridge for all your drinks, multiple plug in points for your phones and other devices, an alarm clock, and a working tv (not a smart tv). There was also a very delicious breakfast every morning and free cookies for the guest (I think my partner might like their cookies more than mine 😂). Rooms were cleaned everyday, toiletries were refilled, and towels were swapped for clean ones. There is also a pool and it was pretty nice to just chill there.

I honestly didn’t like the water pressure from the shower. You could change it, but I didn’t like the other settings. The vent in the bathroom didn’t really vent it well. The rooms are very small, kind of hard for two people to be walking around everywhere. The WiFi wasn’t really that good.

The accomodating attitude of the hotel staff and even offering chocolates and cookies to my toddler, which is a plus factor to the hotel. Thanks alot❤️

maintenance issues with the water that I didnt expect to happen for a hotel. This is the first time that the hotel didnt have any water supply. Another thing, the fridge didnt work from the day of our arrival up to the end of our stay. The maintenance staff didnt even come to check on the fridge malfunction.

I am a disabled woman with a service dog and mobility issues and they were very accommodating to what I needed to have a easy early check in. They offer you a hot breakfast from 6am to 11am the eggs that I got were dried out and my dog wouldn't even eat them and the sausage was edible my diet is high protein I don't eat breads or such they also offer coffee and yogurt cereal and juice. It was quiet and I felt safe I would stay here again in the future they have a small swimming pool and it was closed for my stay. I am a picky traveler I was able to contact management any time threw email and that was nice to use setting up my stay manager dev patel was professional and kind.

Safe area & within walking distance to Patriots Point sites. Breakfast was good & varied each day, which is nice. Staff put out warm Chocolate Chip cookies throughout the day. A nice touch.

No fitness room. Rooms with guests who were not checking out that day were last to be made up. Resulted in my room not being made up by the time I returned from sight-seeing at 3 pm. I opted not to have the room serviced that day.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The property was clean and close enough to the activities in Charleston that we wanted to participate in. It was a better value than staying in Charleston proper.

No shuttle service either to the airport or to Charleston city

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location to the whole Charleston area was the best.

Water pressure and heat was an issue. When showering the pressure was affected by other users. Also, if you weren't the first to use showers you stood a great chance of having a cold shower.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early after driving straight through in 12hrs and the receptionist, Vonna, greeted us with a smile and told us about early checkin, which we did not hesitate to accept. The lobby was beautiful and the fish tank made a relaxing added attraction. Since CoVid cut back on many services, breakfast each morning was more than we had anticipated! At the end of our stay, Vonna was there again and very receptive about any concerns we might have come across during our stay.

We have no complaints. Our stay was wonderful. Minor routine maintenance issues were brought up when we checked out, but they were noted and I am sure they will be repaired.

Comfy room, bathroom clean, friendly reception, breakfast ok, just as one expects. A plus: there are no carpets as usual with Best Western, for me a source of dust and dirt. Some good restaurants within 2 mile distance.

You need a car to get to downtown (but that doesn't come as a surprise if you look at the location).

I'm a double lung transplant recipient. That's why I asked for a room with no carpeting, which we got. The room was musty and I couldn't change that, so I slept with a mask on to breathe cleaner air. When a guest needs a specific type of room, please be sure to open that room well before the guest arrives. I didn't request that the room be aired out before we came. I just expected that it would be. And it would be nice to have a channel guide for the television. Everything else was great! If we can get rid of the musty smell, we'll definitely stay there again.

The staff was amazing, the two front desk clerks were so polite and accomadating, breakfast was great and the cookies which you could smell all over were amazing,and the one kitchen lady was so nice and on spot.
