Everything was almost perfect from the woman i.believe Cathy that was working the desk,she was very friendly ,joyful and accommodating. The room we were fist given had only portable Air conditioning units and it was 78 degrees in the room she immediately moved us,other than that issue we loved the room it was very comfortable from the set up to the comfort of the bed.The entire property i side and outside were extremely clean,the outside areas were landscaped beautifully. The location is perfect you really couldn't ask for more as it's located in a village where there are many good places to eat and many small shops for shopping and target is so.close you can walk there. The beach literally to us 4 minutes to drive. I highly recommend this hotel 100 percent and we will return.

Only issue is the pool apparently had some issues and was closed off and on not sure the issue.

It was convenient and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The room’s appliances were dated. One of the shelves in the refrigerator was missing the glass and it didn’t feel like it was very cold. We had to adjust it to the lowest setting to have it maintain a safe temperature. When we got there the room was cooler than the interior of the fridge.. The main door to the room had a large gap at the bottom (about 1-1.5inches) and so any noise in the hallway could be heard very clearly.

AFTER CHECKING OUT OF THE COMFORT SUITES AT IOP CONNECTOR I FELT LIKE WE HAD JUST ENTERED HEAVEN YOU COULD SEE AND SMELL THE CLEANLINESS OF THE HOTEL FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND SO ACCOMODATING AFTER GOING THROUGH THE QUICK CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT FROM PREVIOUS HOTEL LISTED THEY WANTED TO ASSIST IN OFFLOADING LUGGAGE AND CALLING TO BE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH ROOM IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THEY ALL WERE VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS

The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed the setting.

For a newly renovated hotel there were some issues. We had a leak in the ceiling in the first room we were placed in. The second room had a leak in the kitchen sink and the exhaust fan over the stove did not work this made cooking a little hard.

1) Food had been left in frig by a prior guest-- not cleaned. 2,) Like 75% of the world, I am lactose intolerant. Eggs had milk (no warning). WHY? Had I not asked, I would have had a very unpleasant day. Most everything had milk in it. 3) Staff told me to take my time to write management. WHY? For what is their time reserved?

It was a nice location. Close to everything.

I would give breakfast a D. Needs improvement Brown sugar was crystallize Toaster was out of service. Sausage was hard, eggs were cool. No fresh fruit. They had a few apples out there that looked like they were two weeks old. We stayed two nights and both days were the same.

Clean rooms, large tv in sitting area. Large refrigerator. Very friendly staff. Nice morning breakfast including, eggs, bacon, potatoes, grits, waffles and assorted cold items. There are shops a restaurants in close walking distance. Dog friendly

Really cannot think of anything other than more vending options

An update is coming in October which will be fantastic. My only complaint was there were a few spots on the chair that could possibly have been removed a little bit of effort, but definitely not a dealbreaker for this clean freak. Everything was very clean.

Everyone who was working was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was great. Each day we were there, we had different options. Each day, there were waffles that you can make with strawberries. There was bread, bagels, muffins, or Danish. The pastries were cooked perfectly. They were not prepackaged. Each day, you have a choice of coffee, milk, OJ, apple juice, water, hot chocolate, and tea. There were apples, bananas, yogurt, and granola also offered. One day, we had a delicious fritatta and sausage. One day, we had sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy. They also offered condiments like peanut butter, jelly, syrup, hot sauce, salsa, and shredded cheese. The bed was softer than I liked but in good condition. The room, linens, and towels were clean and unstained. You have a full-size fridge and microwave that can be used, along with a small 2 burner stove top. There are also cups, plates, and silverware available for your use. If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

Honestly, I didn't find a problem with anything. The people that said breakfast wasn't very good, I don't know what more they would want. It's a free breakfast, and I've only had 2 in the 50 years that I've been alive that have been better than the breakfast served here. Those 2 time's I paid significantly more for my room. I can tell you I've had many free breakfasts that were worse. I like a firmer bed, but that's a personal preference. There was no problem with the bed. The only thing that stood out was the couch and chair in the living room, and even though they were not awesome, They were acceptable. For those people saying it was dirty, I didn't see that at all. Anywhere. Some people just can't be pleased.

Facilities were clean, large. and economical. Breakfast was typical for a hot breakfast. Was pleased to see cutlery used instead of plastic. Next time maybe a mug! It was also pet friendly although didn't like the 75 extra fee.

Our toilet was broken. Obviously noone had reported it even the cleaner. 5 of us had to take the lid off each time to flush it.
