Loved how spacious the room was and how close we were to everything we wanted to do.

When we arrived to the property, there was nobody to be found. A few other guests were waiting around the lobby as well. After waiting close to 45 minutes and checking not only every facility in the building but the hotel across the street to make sure everything was okay, we ended up being told to call the authorities because something was definitely wrong. That is when a nice lady came up front to assist us saying she was dealing with alarms going off and she was the only staff on the clock. We ended up being checked in but I’ve never experienced anything like that. I never ended up seeing that lady again, (I wish I got her name) who apologized several times and tried making things right but every other staff member I saw working the front desk was not welcoming whatsoever.

We loved the location of this hotel- made it easy to get into and back to the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean and the bed super comfortable. We were here for only one night but would definitely return for another stay. The rate was great considering how expensive the area can be. Although we were right beside a busy four lane road, we heard no outside road noise. The suite was fully decked out with everything you needed if you wanted to stock up on food, do light cooking etc for longer stays.

Really could not come up with anything. We elected to sleep through breakfast so cannot comment on the breakfast.

Super clean, convenient, and nice

Convenient to Charleston and the beach. Close to shopping and eats. Room was clean and it was very convenient to have the kitchenette. Breakfast was served although we only had it once. Parking was fine.

The hotel itself was great. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a plethora of little league baseball players there for a tournament. They ran the halls and above us sounded like they were wearing concrete shoes stomping around until around 11:00/11:30. And up with the roosters. Didn’t get to rest much the first 2 nights. We didn’t complain but was so tempted. It was not the hotels fault though.

The front desk clerk Michael was fantastic he remembered us from previous visits and was so helpful to us. My husband was having surgery and Michael went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our room was located on a good place to make it easier to get to after surgery. Even more he remembered our names and addressed us everytime we came in or out. It made a not so fun trip a pleasant experience.

From the time we were greeted by the very friendly and accomodating front desk staff until we left, we were very pleased with our experience. The breakfasts gave many options and changed for the days that we stayed and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful too! Great stay!

The Location/parking lot was a little difficult to navigate and finding the entrance was a little confusing;It would have been helpful to have an umbrella or awning or a sign on the exterior showing the entrance.

Michael welcomed us at the front desk. He gave us fantastic dinner suggestions as well. Our room was immaculate & very well accommodated. The beds were cozy & the bathrooms/shower was clean. My son forgot his expensive headphones in the room and we were already very far away. Paige called us to let us know and shipped us his headphones. Overall outstanding experience & great hospitality. Thank you

Clean. Breakfast was great with different choices each day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The battery pack died on the entry pad to our door. Twice we were locked out of our room. Finally, the second time they were able to get in and get the battery pack changed so it didn’t happen again. Minor inconvenience.

The room was nice and clean

You had to remove your own trash. The couch was very uncomfortable for relaxing. When they cleaned the room, they left the sheets and trash outside the door overnight. They even requested that you wash the glasses. It was more like a B&B.

Breakfast was great! Room was very clean. The only downside was that there must have been young children jumping in the room directly above us until about 9 pm or so. Other than that we felt very comfortable and secure during our stay.
