Beautiful surroundings inside lobby especially. Starbucks coffee inside at their breakfast. Nice. Pool, hot tub. Great location to beaches, Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. Pool side towels. Staff constantly around cleaning pool, rooms and offering to help.

Hot tub, jets didn't work, so you were sitting in tub of hot water. The purpose of our selection of hotel was to get away and enjoy relaxing powerful jets of a hot tub when not at the beach, a matter winding down at the end of our day. We would not have selected this hotel if we had known that their hot tub jets did not work.

I was there for a funeral the following day. Your front desk staff was exceptional and could not be any more helpful. There was a woman named Erica who was working the Bistro. She had to cover sales, bartending, and cooking. You need more staff. She was so kind and did a great job under pressure. Other than that, I had a perfect stay considering the circumstances. The staff was more than helpful in every aspect of our stay! The front desk greeted us so kindly as we checked in and helped with everything from great recommendations to more towels.

We liked everything!

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. There was a beautiful pool and sitting area in the back. The rooms were so clean and cozy. the housekeeping really took their time in the rooms to make them perfect. We were on the main floor and were worried about the noise but overall it was very quiet.

Check in was at 3, and our room wasn’t ready yet. I know they’re busy and we understand but it would’ve been nice to receive a phone call to let us know. We couldn’t check in till after 4. The restaurant on the premises was so convenient. The staff was friendly but when it would get busy, they would just take orders while we still haven’t received our order yet. There were a few people who would come after us and would get their stuff before we did.

The location was perfect for visiting Charleston city center and IOP, a short drive to both.

The only complaint I had was the strong smell of gas near the fire pit.

This was our first trip to Charleston and the Courtyard Charleston was a great choice for lodging. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. We met Livia T. In the hallway on our first day and she was a delight to talk to. She gave us suggestions on what to see and where to eat. She checked us out on our last day and enrolled us in your rewards program. My sister will be visiting Charleston next month and I will encourage her to stay at your hotel.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard.

Very clean, excellent facility and service ! We enjoy the great service by very friendly staff, and the lovely bistro / lobby area. Good food from the bistro.

love the hotel but it is starting to show its age. Needs a little TLC.

did not like that the pool was not working and that house keeping put bloody sheets on our bed. And the rude lady that came to change them out.

There was no microwave in the room and that was in the description.

The hotel was near the highway and the staff was very friendly. Clientele were family friendly

We ate dinner there. It was just OK but the service was great
