The location of the hotel is on a vineyard about a mile from the village of Radda but to get these is a very difficult uphill walk. The hotel is small and quirky with some lovely features. The food is absolutely amazing and the home produced wine is excellent quality and value. The owners of the property are lovely and approachable. If you want to get around you either need a car or a taxi or arrange tours (taxis are quite expensive). We did some great tours even though we were only there for 3 days - Chiantilive is the website to use. Try the vespa tour!

It is hard to say but I guess if we were there longer and because we didnt have a car, we would have prefered to not be so remote.

This is the most magical place in Italy. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the hotel, the winery, they surrounding landscape or the amazing quality of the room. The wines were truly fantastic and the food served in the restaurant was better than the best restaurants in Florence and Rome. The room was spectacular, with exposed stone, a soaking tub, a large shower and a spacious bathroom. The staff here does everything they can to make you feel welcome and provides the ultimate luxuries in room and on property. We cannot wait to return, we spent only one day and night here and it was not enough!

Corte Domina just gets things right. It shouldn't be difficult, but often you stay in places and they get it so wrong. This place is wonderful. The outside terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner is just a slice of heaven at the right time of day, overlooking Corte Domina's organic vineyards which produce some incredible wine. It turns out my taste in wine is actually pretty good. After raving about their Rosé we were then told that its rated about 5 out of 300 in Italy! and the current owners have only been doing this for a few years! Amazing place, fantastic, fantastic staff, owners, beautiful rooms and their Chef knows his stuff! Thank you, can't wait to stay again!

Nothing - fantastic, proper boutique hotel.

They have a fabulous separate covered, open-fronted building with a pool table and lots of sofa lounge seating with a gorgeous view of the vine fields. We had wine and appies brought to us there, so lovely. The breakfast is a lovely spread of choices. We booked dinner there as well, a limited menu but a nice meal. The woman that checked us in and out and who brought us wine/appetizers was lovely as were the owners.

The main dining room staff person who served us dinner and managed breakfast seemed tired of her job, not terribly inviting

Not so great price-quality ratio. Although I had an amazing experience, I felt that the price was too high for room and the jacuzzi was not working at the time (probably because of unfavorable weather conditions). If the jacuzzi was working I would find the price fair. So a suggestion would be to lower prices during this time of the year. Pricey restaurant comparing with other prices in the Chianti region

The staff of Corte Domina did a great job of preparing meals and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was peaceful, serene with beautiful views of the countryside. Although there are many farm stays we could have chosen that had a swimming pool on a bigger property , we loved how small and personal this place was and by the end of the week it already felt like a second home. It was the perfect introduction to the Chianti Classico region.

This was my second time here and I absolutely love it! It is such a cozy stay with beautiful scenery. There are lots of place to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Radda is a close drive from the property, but I love soaking up time on site with it's gorgeous surroundings.

Our dinner was probably the most expensive of our time in Italy, and the most underwhelming.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Tenuta Cortedomina, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Dinner was exceptional, and breakfast was excellent!!

The location of this vineyard/hotel is just on the north slopes of Radda in Chianti. It is picturesque. We were stunned by the class of this place. From the outside covered lounges to the freshly baked morning breakfasts overlooking the vineyard to the amazingly deluxe suite with private jacuzzi. Andrea and his team were more than hospitable and helped us with an emergency/medical I had Encountered on a Sunday and got me in touch with a doctor nearby and coordinated an appt as well as verified the pharmacy was open. which was going above and beyond for me. Multiple lounge rooms within the facilities to relax in and a few east facing sun decks to take you away from the busy city streets. Radda is only a 5 min drive if you need to get supplies or do some shopping. We got very lucky and found Corte Domina on short notice and an upgrade room was available so we took the chance as it was our 1 year anniversary. Room had AC as well with multiple windows if you just wanted to catch the breeze at night. Beautifully situated in the Chianti region we will definitely be back! :) The food is restaurant quality. All the staff are friendly. Their Chianti DOCG wine won in 2018. Have a wine tasting and tour, try the prix fix dinner, enjoy the jazz music playing on the main floor and patio, stay a while. Our stay in May of 23 was absolutely magical. It was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Italy. Rarely is something actually better in person then it is on the internet but this was! The views and grounds were breathtaking. You must book a wine tour and tasting (very reasonably priced) to learn about the family and their passion for wines. I also highly suggest booking the surprise tasting menu for dinner - it was so wonderful. Our room was large and very clean. I have to give a special thanks to Micol (one of the owners). She was a wealth of knowledge about wine and Italy. The entire family was so hospitable. I highly recommend a stay here and can't wait to return!
