Small but had everything you needed. Staff friendly & breakfast ample to start the day. Restaurant on property has plenty of options, but it is also located to near by small restaurants for authentic cooking for those that like their food more spicy 🌶️. Close to the airport so only a short drive convenient.

This property does not have an elevator so those with heavy bags it’s not ideal. On the day of check in I could only find a young lady who offered to carry my bags upstairs but she would have struggled too much so I ended up moving all the bags myself. Breakfast is ample but no real choice if you just wanted cereal as they don’t have it, the food was rice, vegetables & a meat stir fry. They did offer fried eggs 🍳 but these were not freshly cooked & were just sat on the counter. They curtains in our room were so thin that as soon as it starting becoming light outside the whole room was lit up so no chance of a late morning sleep.

This is quite a new hotel in a really nice part of town. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all super friendly. The room was fairly small but well equipped and really comfortable. There's ample parking to the side of the property and the breakfast room is really bright and cheerful. Please note that other than toast, the breakfast doesn't really cater for western tastes, but all the Asian options were of a really high standard and it is really worth the tiny bit extra to include this - great value for money. The local area has several small Thai restaurants and we can really recommend the recently opened place at the bottom of soi 1/2. Really nice people amd great ambiance. Worth a look. Slightly further afield, Central Ubon is around a five minute drive away and you can access downtown and the river in around 10-15 minutes. We will definitely be staying here when we're next in Ubon.

Not the hotel's fault but a few more western style bars/eateries within walking distance would have been nice. We took a taxi downtown the one night we fancied trying a couple of the excellent craft beer bars in town.

A perfect value for money. Nice and spacious rooms, very clean, quiet and comfortable, friendly staff. I particularly liked the view of my 2nd floor balcony to the blooming trees outside. They also have a small but sufficient breakfast buffet. As the hotel is located in the residential area, it's great that they have their own restaurant for dinner. It's top-rated on google and we really liked it.

The hotel is very clean and well presented. The staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant are good. Very nice small hotel in the city. Well located for airport and city, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed everything.

Good location, just a short drive to shopping and places to eat. It is located back in a quiet neighborhood so some may find it difficult to locate or too far from amenities for walking. On site restaurant is perfect to grab a quick bite if you don’t want to go exploring.

No elevator, but only two floors to climb.

The breakfast had a big selection of both Thai and Western Cuisine. A generous selection of coffee were available. The ones we had were delicious. A special mention for the staff who were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were excellent. Parking was plentiful. The hotel is perfectly placed within walking distant of cafes and restaurants. It’s close to Ubon Ratchathani airport so would make an excellent base for an early morning flight.

There was nothing of any detriment a first class hotel.

This hotel is superb. The building, rooms, and cafe are in excellent condition. The staff are very efficient and friendly, particularly Nut at reception.

A lovely little hotel in a quiet location but near local shops and amenities. The rooms are large, spotless and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. A very pleasant stay and incredibly good value for money.

The curtains in the room are too thin. At 6am it's already too light in the room. Dark curtains would be better.
