The Hotel exceeded my expectations. I also love rooms with real wood furniture I booked 2 rooms, they were very clean and smell fresh and nice. The Staff was very kind and welcoming. Cars parking has plenty of spaces, and the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is a Pearl in Ubon Ratchathani.

The location is great, hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and good manner. I love the breakfast the most.

I have seen the hotel owner sit there at the breakfast area in the morning. In stead of they sit there and made the pressure on the staff, they should move the body to greet the customers who have the breakfast there to make the hotel perfect welcome ;)

Staff was very nice. Very helpful front of house staff. Very clean. Beds very comfy. Very quiet. Big parking space. Not far from the center, approx 50thb with a Taxi. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was well prepared and served. Breakfast was excellent!

All the stairs! The hotel has three blocks and they are connected by bridges. The bridges are only reached by stairs.

The room interior is classic like what you would expect for when traveling to upcountry. It was also very clean. Lightings were good, not too bright, not too dim. The facilities and amenities were also good too. Breakfast was nice and delicious.

Probably the lack of English language news but that is easily solved just bring your little black box and connect it up and log into WiFi. and Sky, Netflix etc etc are all available.This time I left mine at home duh.

We looked at the wrong location and thought there was a swimming pool. Not thier fault. We should have looked more closely.

Great location close to airport ,7/11 90 mtrs away ,very quiet ,great food ,great people .I will stay there again .

no lift. ensure 1st floor if impaired mobility. fire escapes not practical for old or handicapped.
