Staff was pleasant, especially at the front desk . The Manager and the staff of the hotel are very good . The food was also good with good quantity too and value for money.

The Parking is very less though they have valet service so i did not have a problem for parking my vehicle . The security security Guard outside in the parking was very shabby and rude he hardly looked like a guard . He hardly looked like a guard he spoilt the grandeur of the hotel.

From check in to check out everything was so smooth. Any one traveling from Delhi Airport to this hotel they can use Indo canadian bus service from Delhi airport because the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good breakfast spread indian and western.

The location was good. The rooms were ok but the housekeeping staff were excellent and kept the rooms clean. Very poor view from bedroom window but that didn’t bother us.

Not much choice at breakfast buffet. Reception staff were good, didn’t meet any unhelpful staff at all.

Location was fabulous and room spacious. Dining was very good. Good ambience and excellent fresh food. Front staff were great Sanjeev and shuristi.

Room was not as clean as I would have liked Linen was not fresh. Room service was slow. Ongoing party late at night at the hotel.

My family and I have been using this hotel for many years, it’s in an ideal location for us with many friends in the vicinity.

We have no complaints about the property.

This hotel was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and the food menu was excellent. Very local to all faculties and transport services.

It's really good but need to check bed sheets. Our ones got some sort of oil spill. Otherwise it's excellent.

Rooms were great, air conditioning was very good, restaurant and room service were also outstanding.

There is margin for improvement in bathroom cleaning and the shower. Also, the AC remote is not user-friendly, which affected my sleep.

Stay was very good. Staff were very friendly. Very nice and confertable stay. It was value for money.
