Easy stay. The train station is a 10 min walk away. Staff was super nice and let us stay 2 more hours beyond checkout because my gf was jetlagged. The room is cute with a small work table too.

The food near the hotel and the cafe downstairs is average. It's mostly turkish food and not a lot of other options. Train to Halle was frustrating and late and we missed a set of the tennis. Obviously not the hotel's fault but frustrating since that was the only reason we were there.

I was very impressed by the excellent services provided at this hotel in Bielefeld. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all my needs, ensuring that I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of my room and the modern facilities offered, which contributed to my pleasant experience in Bielefeld.

We were disappointed that, while waiting to check out at the hotel, we were not allowed to stay in the lobby restaurant and enjoy the sandwiches we had. We were forced to eat standing in the lobby. We did not like this situation at all.

Near the station and convenient for a night before travel. Kind staff upgraded me from single to double room which was a nice surprise. Bed v comfortable with crisp sheets. Shower products provided and fluffy towels. Excellent shower. Close to Mall so can easily pop out for snack.

Was a little noisy but to be expected with bars opposite. No problem for me but might disturb light sleepers.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the interior design of the hotel. The signboard of a hotel is the reception and I must say that when every guest is welcomed with this smile and openness, nothing can spoil the stay. The receptionist is just amazing. You can tell that behind every piece of furniture, decoration, wallpaper, etc that has been chosen, a lot of effort has been put into the details. One important thing for me is my sleeping comfort and I must say I woke up without any back pain. Thank you for this experience

Very clean and well-arranged bathroom. Interesting interior design. Room large enough to add a sofa. Good restaurant downstairs where breakfasts are served, but we also had lunch there and it was delicious. Boiling water available from coffee machine downstairs for free - you appreciate that in winter.

A location close to the train station is always a mixed blessing - it is convenient, but not always the most peaceful or beautiful. But otherwise - no complaints.

Good location, near to the city center and train station. Modern and large rooms. You also have the tram station a walking distance for connections to other work or tourist related sites. Visit to Dr. Oetker is an interesting place.

Noisy during the morning. A road construction site was nearby, but they could be finishing in few months.

Great central location, near centre and shops and station. Very good value for money. Great to have 2 bedrooms together for 3 people. No parking at hotel but a reasonable priced open air public car park opposite the hotel with plenty of spaces. Small hotel, one door entrance off the street.

Bathroom furniture a little tired. Windows open when hot (no air con) above street so little noisy. Immediate area a little run down, but is our second stay so okay!

TV limited to few channels only as reception not the best and regardless built in WI-FI in it it was struggling to connect to the network limiting its potential for room entertainment.

Smack in the center, efficiënt hotel with proper facilities.

There is no breakfast. It can be quite noisy in this neighborhood. The warm water is not working very well, sometimes even cold.

We were very surprised by the multicolor LED lights in the room :D The matresses we comfortable and the room was spacious.

The breakfast was pretty expensive for what it was. The coffee and the selection of hot food could be better. We found dirty socks in the room. It's difficult to find inexpensive parking around the hotel.
