The owners greeted me as I arrived and moved cars around so I could park my motorbike. The room was clean, comfortable, air conditioned. Bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was good.

The only slight downside was having to leave my bedroom to go to the adjoining bathroom which was in a shared corridor between two rooms. It meant having to take clothes to the bathroom. Unfortunately none of the nearby restaurants were open (which isn't the fault of the B&B) and I couldn't be bothered with getting back into my motorbike gear to ride to the others which were over an hours walk away.

The family was very kind and helpful. There were maps, tourist information and restaurant recommendations in the spacious common area, along with fresh fruit and nuts. Daniele reached out several times to make sure of my arrival time so that I could check in quickly. The bedroom was good size for one person and the bathroom looked brand new. The shower had great water pressure too! Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious savory and sweet offerings. They asked me what time I wanted breakfast served each day, which was nice because it varied each day. I thought it was a great value for the price paid.

I would have liked the bathroom to be in my bedroom.

This was just what I needed, out of the way of the hustle and bustle, very quiet and yet I could easily get to amazing towns such as Urbino. A room in an apartment that had all the modern amenities and super well kept. Daniele, was VERY comunicative and this is very important for someone like me who particularly in this case was traveling with no plans whatsoever. He was able to respond last minute and made my life easy and pleasant. His dad was also very gracious and couldn't be a better host and quite informative when I was thinking of visiting Urbino. I did visit, loved it and his help mattered.

I realize that to simply respond that there was "nothing" wrong, can be interpreted as laziness in the process of leaving reviews, I assure you it's nothing like that. There simply was nothing whatsoever wrong, and would easily stay there again.

This B&B was a very comfortable, roomy property. The staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was WONDERFUL. All in all, I was very pleased with this property, even though, from the reviews I read, I had assumed that the property was in the countryside. Therefore, I did not trust my GPS when it put me in the middle of the small village of Canavacchio. Also, when it told me to turn left (coming from Urbino), there wasn't a street. I did not understand that the turn took me directly into the parking area of the B&B. I was finally able to figure this out after I had called the owner/manager and father and son stood by the side of the road which clued me into where I DID need to turn.

A sign that is easily seen from the road, identifying the B&B would have helped. I travel alone and trying to watch for road signs or anything else when I am driving is somewhat of a challenge. Traffic is fairly heavy going through Canavaccio and everyone wants to drive above the speed limit which makes going slower to be able to see things very difficult. The father and son who own/manage the property were VERY helpful and I only realized where the property actually was when they stood by the side of the road and watched for me on the second trip through town!

Convenient place for visiting Urbino and the region if you have your own transport. Very clean and comfortable, with off-street parking. Daniele speaks excellent English and his family are very hospitable. Signora Emanuela’s delicious home-made pastries are a highlight of the breakfast offering.

Very comfortable little B&B, not far by car from Urbino. Excellent communication from the owners. Warm and friendly welcome. Nice spread of Italian cakes, yoghurt, juices, cured meats and cheeses for breakfast. Very quiet location. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower.

Easy to find.Very clean. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Good wi fi. Owners friendly and helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. Breakfast had a wide assortment of salumis and prosciutto, breads, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, water and coffee. Easy parking on site.

Only thing we were disappointed in was the location. I had read it was 6 km from Urbino, when it was 10 km. Other than that, I would highly recommend it

Very convenient location to visit Urbino; excellent breakfast; the host was extremely kind asked what time was more convenient for me to serve the breakfast.

Very friendly, kind and attentive family. We had an extremely delicious breakfast. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
