Excellent staff - very helpful giving us guidance to navigate around Valencia hit by the storm and flooding. We had an evening meal - excellent food and breakfast also wonderful.The room had an enormous comfortable bed. Ideal location for viewing birds on the delta.We will be back to sample the Paella and cycle the numerous tracks which the weather stopped us from doing this time. Thank you for a great stay!!

The hotel is small so there's great attention to clients. Upon arrival Marcel at reception showed us a map and highlighted suggestions of things to do in the area. The room was pretty spacious with a big private bathroom and aircon. here's a lovely swimming pool with plenty of chairs to laydown, and the staff will happily provide you with a towel. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Great breakfast!

We have stayed at this hotel before and we always enjoy going back. It is set centrally within the Ebro Delta Natural Park with some of the best birdwatching opportunities in Spain. The restaurant well deserves its Michelin rating - we can recommend the gastronomic menu - and breakfast was also excellent.

The restaurant being closed on Sunday evening - we would love to have eaten there again and there are not too many other options for food in the village. And an 8 30 a.m. start for breakfast is very late for Northern European visitors who want to get out to see the birds in the delta!

Marcel on the front desk was an exceptional host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable and give us great ideas for us to explore the area and places to eat. The breakfast is superb and very individual and served with a smile. The staff work hard to make the place amazing and we will be coming back again in April.

We would have liked to have had dinner at the hotel and not necessarily eat a Taster menu. A suitable menu was offered, but only as Room service and with being seven of us, that was not an option.

The staff were great. The ambience was great. The food was great. The location is very good.

The walls between rooms seemed very thin, so sound transmitted easily between rooms. If you are a 'sensitive' sleeper its not the place for you. ideally the rooms need sound proofing though I guess that would be too expensive for them.

The hotel is a small oasis in the middle of the beautiful rice fields of the Delta del Ebro. What a wonderful discovery. The philosophy of the people that run the hotel and restaurant is felt as soon as you walk in, thought and care is put into everything. The breakfast is a delight and tailored to every table. No processed food here, no ma'am! And the cuisine from the restaurant is exquisite. The chef cares for each plate with an understanding and love for the local products. If something is not on the menu it is for a very good reason. All is fresh and uniquely prepared. Absolutely delicious. The staff is lovely and culturally diverse. The rooms are comfortable, big beds, sparkling clean and with views of the surrounding land. And there is a reading room that stole my heart. What a wonderful idea. This is a perfect place for a couple, a small group of intimate friends, or a lone traveler who needs to nourish their soul. I will be back, either alone or with my partner. Very soon.

Great staff, great breakfast

The only thing I didn't like was that the water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor while I was showering.

The location for us was perfect, the food was exquisite , as simple as that.
