The junior suit had an amazing terrace with a superb sea view. We have chosen half board, which was enough for us and the selection was great. The variety of pools was excellent as children and adults could both find one that fits them. Plenty of sunbeds with shade and you can easily choose where you want to lie down. There was a roof top pool as well with great views and basically nobody around if you‘d want less crowd. The bed was super comfy in the bedroom, a/c was great, staff was very kind and helpful. It´s worth to walk around as you can find different shores and bays close by. Some of them are rocky, others have sandy beaches. If you´d like to visit other cities/villages, I strongly recommend to rent a car. Nice place to stay where mostly locals are spending their holiday.

The pull out couch was way too soft to sleep.If you have half board, the drinks are not complimentary during dinner. It is kind of remote from any city and we needed to drive to the surrounding areas if we needed something from the store or walk around the village.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The availability of entertainment and activities was fantastic, it was impossible to be bored. The food was also brilliant, loads of choice, flavoursome and plentiful. Pools were incredible, something for everyone. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

The location is definitely rural, not much to do outside of the resort, nearest city is an hour away. There's a small village about 20 mins away and the hotel offers a shuttle bus to it but it definitely has a retirement vibe to it. If you're looking for a night life, you won't find it there. We were fine with that anyway as it was a family holiday but it's worth noting. Also the en suite in the room didn't offer much privacy, it was glass with frosting only covering a section. Again, fine for a family but not ideal.

The food was great, with a lot of variety. There was a kids’ club with activities in the morning, and every evening after dinner. On some evenings there were shows suitable for all ages. The small team of animators were fun and very friendly! Every day they offered aqua gym at midday, bingo in the afternoon, ping pong tournaments, some kind of entertainment at night, like for example, karaoke and such. A short walk led to a nice pebbly beach with a seaside bar/restaurant.

The mini golf was in rather poor shape and the clubs they used were not for putting!! This made it dangerous because an iron club will lift the ball into the air.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of buffet options to choose from. The 5 pools outside and the sport courts with the animators kept the kids occupied. There is also an indoor pool and a spa and an open-air pool on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view. The gym was nice and well equipped, always air conditioned. There are several beaches within a walking distance of the hotel, and some hidden amazing beaches to be found some 30-40 min drive away. All and all, a perfect stay.

Needs a refurb, toilet door in room was hanging off, various little bits and bobs were old but in general the place was lovely.

Everything is great, but I will focus on two things. The food is amazing, and the amusement team are very friendly and do their best to keep everyone happy and entertained.

Wonderful swimming pools both for kids and adults, a total of 9! Very clean throughout. Kids club and the animation team, Claudia, Cristina were great, I wish they had one more person for the club area for the peak times. Our daughter went to the club door even when it was closed. The restaurant food is great with diversity and constantly replenished, either breakfast or dinner. One of the best beef ribs I've ever had, charcoal grilled!

Just a recommendation for the hotel is that fencing total hotel area would be useful as there are many small kids and they can run away or even nonguests can sneak into the property...

Very nice people, lovely remote location, well equipped gym, amazing pools and my favourite, a basketball court !

Great staff very friendly and at the reception I aas met with a lot of positivity and was supported beyond what one is often used to knowadays.The location might not be my choice in high season because it might be too busy but Mai was amazing.
