Everything was very clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was quite nice. The lounge area to wait was also very comfortable. They can store your luggage the day you enter and leave, which is great.

You have to pay 5 euros for using the gym which is listed as a facility, which basically means that for me they don't have a gym since I can get a good one for that price outside. I would expect that to be included after paying 120 euros/night. The same for the iron. They don't have an iron at the room in the hotel (only external service you have to pay). Despite the good points, these things make the hotel lose quality.

- great location: very close to the train station and the bus to San Marino and a short pleasant walk from the old town center - excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of sweets, but also cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, etc. - very helpful and kind breakfast staff; there is a girl there (brunette) who doesn't sit still for a moment: takes coffee orders, supplies different dishes as they are consumed, clears the tables, brings coffee, etc. - the room (although small) has everything you need and is clean and quiet

- the hotel has quite a lot of rooms, which means that at breakfast there is some crowding (but if you don't forget to get up early, everything is ok) - a blanket sandwich between the sheets that move at night as they please

I liked the big bed, very tasty breakfast, they were really good in accommodating everyone including vegans and lactose intolerant. All the food had info what it contains. It took like 20 minutes by bus to dog beach and bus stop is directly in front of the hotel which I found as big plus. Really close is located market where is lots of fresh fruit and veg.

We had window to the street where were bins so few times we were woken up by someone smashing glass or recycling bin lory loading the rubbish.

The location was very good. We liked the room, especially the bed, it was nice and huge. The shower was great too! Breakfast was also excellent. 👌

The room was unbelievably hot at night, there was no AC. We had to open the window but since the there are no insect nets, loads of mosquitos flew in :( Even though it was shown in the pictures, there was no electric kettle. They have a strange policy regarding parking. The more expensive option, which is to park at the hotel, requires guests to leave their car keys at the reception... We chose their other parking option, to leave our car at a parking lot nearby which was great! But the card we were given for it never worked properly... The attendants at the parking lot had to help us every time we used it :(

This centrally located hotel was excellent, we choose to breakfast in town at the many nearby cafe's so cannot comment on that. The room was as you would expect from a hotel but all the required facilities were there. As we were doing some local travel, the proximity to the train station was fantastic. If I had a requirement to visit Rimini again I would not hesitate to book into this hotel for another stay.

Small hotel close to the historical centre. Time to visit was middle week before Christmas, so off season. The area was quiet, no noisy crowds in the streets. But very close to charming city centre area Tidy and well equiped hotel. Spacious room with excellent bed. Helpful and professionall staff. Breakfast area fairly limited, but selection of food sufficient. Coffee alternatives on order from the kitchen. If you have to leave before breakfast time, ask the reception for a small breakfast. They provided some pastries and coffee at the bar counter.

Not much to complain really. Lack of electric plug-ins in the room in the digital era. I found only one in the room itself. As a Finn I would like wider breakfast selection on the salty side. Sweet delights were well covered. Would gladly stay in the hotel again.

Great location for rimini train station, maybe 5 minutes walk. A lot further to the beach area though. For me it was perfect for a one night stay, clean modern rooms,huge bed, rooms fully equipped, minibar, coffee, kettle, in room safe. Breakfast was very good also with a wide variety of cakes, pastries, fruit available. This was my best stay in four hotels in the region. Handy for the bus to San Marino too, just round the corner.

Nothing, it was all good. Not a lot around restaurant/ bar wise but not the hotels fault.

Very convenient location especially if you are planning to visit not only Rimini city but also the beach or even San Marino (the shuttle bus station is few blocks away). It is also close to the train station (e.g. travelling from Bologna) and even the bus stop to the Rimini airport. Breakfast was incredible with wide variety of pastries and cakes. Staffs were all friendly and willing to help.

Nothing much really. Obviously does not have a magnificent view, but that should not be expected in the first place.

Great location just 5 minutes walking distance from the Rimini train station and 10 minutes by bus to the beach, easygoing staff, rich breakfast, clean and cosy rooms, comfortable beds.

Rather recommendation for future guests: To make use of the voucher that hotel provides to its guests for discounted price of umbrella at beach 25, better book the umbrella at least a day in advance. Otherwise, there might not be free beds in the area reserved for hotel guests and you would be forced to pay full price for the most expensive umbrellas close to the sea.
