I like that is was in a convenient location. Easy to get to and easy to leave from. Close to the venue I was attending.
The lady in the room next to me had a dog that barked all day. There was some sort of construction going on towards the back of the facility, where I was staying. Felt as if booking with a discount was a punishment so I got the worst area of the hotel. I'm not saying the hotel was bad, just uneasy. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly.

When I go to Harlingen, Quality inn is my first choice. They treat me like being home. Love the place, the staff and the new rooms

It's a small hotel that makes you feel at home. The staff is very helpful and always with a smile. Staid there many times.and always come back
The hotel is under renovations and the parking road is all full of holes

I love how everything was close by. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I love how they have breakfast in the morning.
I wish they could bring back the pool.

The only thing wrong was the toilet wasn't flushing rite we had to wait half hour for it to flush.
Work on the toilet room 104.. Love this place we're back to Harlingen on the 22nd. Of March and we p l an on staying at Quality inn again.

The location was good. I've stayed in some really bad places before that looked nice from the outside, but Quality Inn was really clean and nice, especially for the price. I'd stay again!

Comfortable room, great location, good value. I did not have breakfast provided in the lobby..
Traffic noise. My room was located at the front of the property. The rooms located at the rear are much quieter.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable. Ireally like the handicap room. Bathroom was roomy.
My 8 year old grandson burned his fingers on the waffle maker. You need to put a sign up. My husband turned his back for a few seconds to get a plate, when my grandson reached up to close the lid and he touched the hot metal instead of the handle.
