The Entire Staff at the Casino Resort were all very nice and remembered your names. Offering Water and rides in the parking area. Outstanding Nordstrom Style of Customer service Great experience. the hotel rooms were not cheap but we had a wonderful experience and it was Saturday night room rates.

The cost of the hotel room but it was a saturday, but well worth the price for the experience.

Very nice! We loved our room and room service was excellent!! All staff were excellent!!

The only thing was on Friday evening, it was so packed in the bars and casino, nowhere to sit and lines to get a drink were long. On Saturday we went down a little earlier and it was much better.

The hotel is attached to the casino & it was nice. The room was a very decent size, and the bathroom was excellent!

I requested a room close to the elevator, but the lady checking me in stated that were no rooms available. However, she stated she had just seen my request upon check-in, so she didn't even have time to look. Our room wasn't too far from the elevator.

Actually we didn't get a chance for breakfast, it's worth it although this Casino Resort allows children unlike the nearest ones from home, very strict, but above all we really enjoyed it.

Not enough waters, no snacks in the Room, and couldn't find a vending machine to add with some Ice, we ended up going to the food court anyways for a big meal..

Room was clean, bathroom was large with great lighting. Casino was large with many different games. Loved having Peet’s that was open 24/7.

Walls were a little thin, could hear neighbors. We gambled for several hours but we’re never asked by floor waitresses if we wanted anything.

Great show at the Venue! Mezzanine seats were awesome. King deluxe room was modern, clean and comfortable. Very well appointed.

I would have liked to had a steak at High Steaks, but reservations were all booked up months in advance.

The hotel was great, services, restaurant, location and most of all the staff was so nice and helpful to my wife and I. Again that you for the nice stay, Joseph Moore III

Very up to date property, especially sleeping rooms. Happy to see hotel was non smoking.

Casino was not smoke free

It was beautiful! The rooms were large & beautifully done! Great beds, bathroom had a shower & sunken tub! Very classy!

Like all casinos the smoke in the casino but other than that great!
