Great location, very safe area

A little too far from connivence store for supplies no rooftop bar as advertised, was being renovated

Spacious room. Super kind staff. Pretty good breakfast. Super pool on rooftop with cool glass bottom. Strong wifi. Water kettle at the room.

No vegen options at breakfast. No choice for yes or no to towel and sheets renewal. (They always renew). No refill-your-bottle water point. Deposit is hard cash or hard debit, not a reservation on the card.

The staff are professional, polite, helpful, and accommodating. The bed is comfortable, and it may be the best hotel bathroom I have ever used.

The room needs another table or big chair - maybe both.

An excellent hotel in a good location. Pool on 24th floor is lovely with direct views of sunset. Was helpful having a free self-service laundry (including washers and tumble driers) avaliable if you have no wish to pay for ‘laundry services’! Good breakfast and friendly staff.

They do need to improve their vegetarian offerings on the menu. Although the sky bar menu has only one dish you can order the restaurant/room service dishes to eat in the roof bar. The live music each night was a great touch, and not to loud so conversation as you eat is easy. Menu does need improving though for veggies!

We stayed in their apartments and for 10 days. It was very spacious and well appointed. Kitchen, dining, lounge and well appointed ensuites.

Nothing the staff couldn’t do enough for you breakfast could do with a bit more variety but very good.

One of the standout features of my stay was the buffet breakfast. It features a delightful variety of dishes that change each day, ensuring that there's always something new to tempt my taste buds. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelets, along with a wonderful selection of seasonal fruits, an assortment of freshly baked breads, and yogurts. The attentive and friendly staff were also a significant plus; they were always available to assist with any requests, making the entire stay experience even more enjoyable.

While I truly appreciated the quality of the breakfast, I believe there’s an opportunity for the hotel to enhance the guest experience further. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could offer a packed breakfast option for guests who have early departures. Many travelers have commitments that require them to leave before the regular breakfast hours, and having convenient, pre-packed meals—like sandwiches or quick portable options—would cater to those needs. While fresh juice and fruit are a lovely touch, they may not provide enough sustenance for a busy day ahead. Offering a more substantial meal would show consideration for those on the go and significantly elevate the overall experience for early risers.

everything. it was perfect for a remote working and meeting with friends in the room. internet was so fast i didn't even need to use my own internet roaming device. had tonnes of Zoom meeting and it all went smoothly. meeting with friends was great as well because we had a kitchen and could cook meals together, and a table for 6 (we asked for extra 2 chairs and the staff was so accommodating they even offered another table!). cooking wear all complete, we just needed to buy a sponge to wash the dishes. there was a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, plenty of plates, cups, cutleries, bowls, cooking pan, water kettle for 2 pax staying and total of 5 pax having lunch and dinner in the room. the gym was great as well with very nice aroma coming from the spa that you pass by to get to the gym. we visited the gym almost every day during our 1 week stay. breakfast was good, it has everything you need and the foods are labelled in English. The staff even went out of their way and pointed out which foods had pork and which are vegetarian or pork free. spacious dining, kitchen, living, bedroom, balcony and washroom. it's also right beside the Ministry of Defense so us 2 girls felt very safe living there and walking around the area. Basics such as groceries and pharmacies are nearby on tuk tuk, we didn't walk around much as we were remote working as well. we got a great price because we went during low peak season. all the staff are really nice and helpful, and speak English so well! beautiful view from the pool. and free washing machine and dryer use! just bring your own liquid clothes detergent or you can get the clothes detergent cubes from the reception for USD1 per cube.

very minor really. would be good to have washing sponge for dishes and a jug to fill boiled water that has cooled down. this helps us to reduce plastic bottled water use. also if you could provide the option to not change the towels everyday, so guests can help to reduce water use from changing bath towels everyday

The location is very convenient and close to everywhere in the city. The facilities were modern/new and somewhat luxurious. The 24 hour guest laundry was very helpful for long stayers like us. The room we got was spacious. The bathroom was nice and cleaned. The bed was confortable. The buffet breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Phnom Penh

Hybrid breakfast Asian&European but could get close enough to my ordinary setting. Gym is pretty small in size with essential equipment only, thou with a little improvisation, served me well. Rooms are spacious, tidy and up to date. Wifi works fine throuhout the venue,,,,only dead spot found in elevators. Staff is very helpful and polite. Ask for assistance in about whatever. They even offered to accompany me into market to get what I wanted :-) Security of customers is taken seriously. All public areas are under cctv surveillance.

There are two elevators for customers, which is insufficient during rush hours. Expect to wait for a few minutes once awhile.
