We Arrived from Canada early and tried to check in, the sign out front said walk ins welcome but we had reservations, we were told we would have to pay $25 for early check in. Then we were required to authorize $100 on our credit card in case there was damage, then we were not informed that there was no housekeeping, we were staying for 3 nights, we had to take out our own garbage and look for housekeeping to get fresh towels. This really annoyed my husband.

I have traveled around alot with large family, and now I am single and older. This motel was way more than I expected. Service and condition was above expectations. Owner was so friendly, I traveled to meet other family members and we were accommodated putting us side by side rooms, given special attention, super clean and well maintained, just more than we expected.

Nothing. They provide a smoking area, was kept clean in a sheltered area. There was nothing I would complain about.

They accommodated us at 9pm with a beautiful spa tub room. Was our wedding night and the hotel across the way we had reservations at had no air conditioning. Thank you Super 8 for leaving the light on for us 🥰

The smell outside. Someone needs to figure out which business is the offender and do something. We are smokers and u literally gag every time u go outside there. Smells like a restaurant grease trap. Thankfully u can't smell it inside the hotel.

I loved how when my key wouldn't work they were fast about fixing it and how when the heat didn't work thru moved me to a different room it was very comfy very quiet and relaxing I loved it

There's nothing to not like

Bed was comfortable. Room AC was good; maintained temp. Water pressure and temp good for shower. Fridge & microwave worked well.

Lighting over sink was dim; would be a problem for women putting on makeup. Breakfast options basic/limited.

The trash didn't get changed while we were gone for the day the fan on the unit didn't work should of had some hot breakfast besides the waffle

Price and location

The room was unfinished. And bathroom needed to be cleaned a little bit better. Had to call hotel to get someone to come to front desk for check in.

Failure to advertise your no guns policy during the reservation procedure. Notice was given at check-in. Had this been communicated earlier, guest would’ve found another place to stay.

Super friendly staff, easy check in/ check out, my room was ready and clean.

The fireplace in my room did not work, And the indoor pool is Still closed

The staff was super polite and very helpful. And the hotel itself was beautiful.

It could have been a little cleaner.
