Great location, walking distance to everything. Off street parking. Fairly quiet despite being on the main road.

Room being cleaned when we arrived despite being within the check-in window, less than a single roll of toilet paper provided. Cars (including some towing trailers) parked in other rooms' assigned spaces meant parking in blocked in grid style and needing to be up at 5am to shuffle our vehicle around. We came back to hand in our key (prior to 10am check out) and staff had already been in and begun stripping and cleaning our room - thankfully we had packed all our gear in our car before going out for breakfast!

Once again we had a comfortable and well located 'pit stop' halfway down our drive from Sydney to Melbourne. This motel never disappoints. The staff are super helpful, the rooms simple (ours was particularly large) and super comfortable.

I think the only thing that could be improved is the amount of warm blankets and/or doonas provided. We had to turn up our heating to maximum and only then were we comfortably warm. Someone might not want to do that.

We used the family room. Plenty of utensils on hand. We had prior discussions with the manager that there were renovations in progress . We were not concerned a put a few paint spots and unfinished area, as we were well aware . We wish the owners all the best with their renovations. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

All aspects were fine, considering renovations were in progress.

Everything worked as expected...there was even a plug for the sink. In many other motels there was always something vital missing... But here everything was comfy, well-maintained and worked. The air conditioner was quiet, so we were able to leave it on overnight and stay warm...Most other places have clunky/ noisy ACs that you have to turn off...not here.

My booking was very much last minute, and I was also going to be arriving after normal reception hours were closed. However, the reception staff were really helpful and made sure I was able to get the keys to my room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the motel is just a short walk to the centre of town (such as it is) Now that Holbrook has been bypassed its very quiet.

I was quite happy with everything about here except one thing which was we need to bring 2 beds together so my toddler can sleep in between .as soon as we move the bed under was disgustingly dirty there was something looked like animal poo or something not sure what was that.so we couldn't stand to see that we just didn't bring beds together which wasn't helpful. Otherwise I was quite happy with everything

Very well located and clean motel room. The room was quite large and the towels were excellent -white and fluffy. Bed was large and comfortable. Nice large flat screen TV with good reception. Shower/bathroom was clean with good products and good pressure water and plenty hot. Short walk down the Main Street to the hotel for a good value meal. Definitely would stay at this motel - highly recommended.

We needed accommodation between Melbourne and Canberra. The motel is ideal. It’s quiet and comfortable and while a very standard motel - it is ideal for an overnight stay. Clean, quiet and parking at the door. Plus the electric jug fits under the tap!

Nothing. It totally met expectations - a clean, quiet motel off the highway.

The kitchenette facilities were much appreciated. As was the windscreen washing bucket and blade!

The control for the airconditioner was behind a panel and could have been labelled, I could not see how to adjust the temperature until I found the cintrol in the morning. The TV was also pretty small and had terrible sound.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was super high but very comfortable. It had a balcony which overlooked the street which was nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Not too much. It was upstairs, so it was a pain to carry my bags up, but having such a nice room with a balcony made up for that. I would have preferred lite milk instead of two full cream options.
