The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave us great recommendations for places to visit, which led us to completely change our trip itinerary—for the better! They also kindly allowed a late check-out, which helped us make the most of our plans. A great option for families

Not much negative to say, but a few areas could use improvement. The shower head and its height were manageable, though a renovation would be beneficial. The screws anchoring the door security chain had come loose, so we had to be extra cautious with our 3-year-old, who managed to open the door several times without us noticing. Also, using the spa requires two hours’ notice to allow enough time for the water to heat up.

Convenient location moments not far from the Highway. Room very quiet at night. Bedding very comfortable. Friendly staff. If you need a comfortable, quiet place to stay with plenty of off street parking, then this location will suit.

The hotel is getting a little old now and needs a refresh. The room is fine and clean (with a fridge that is actually cold) however the sauna was unusable with a broken seat and did not look clean at all. If you are looking at a longer stay to use the pool, spa and sauna, I would probably look elsewhere until some maintenance is undertaken.

Great location within walking distance to shops and pubs etc Water pressure was unbelievable! Comfortable beds.

Noisy fridge that made loud banging noises throughout the night which kept waking us. Sliding door at back of room had a lock that didn’t work properly. Limited parking spaces on a gravel surface which was quite noisy every time someone moved a car. We arrived back at night to find someone had parked in front of our room so we had to park at the other end of the hotel. Luckily during checkout we were able to move our car closer for easy packing.

The place was better than expects for just over $100 for the night we didn't expect much, let along a spa and sauna attached. The room was large and spacious as was the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was super comfy. It was a very pleasant stay. Great value for money with a pool, spa and sauna available. We will definitely stay again on our travels from Sydney to Melbourne.

Only that the pool was being serviced and not usable. But these things happen. I suggest an sms be sent to guests so they are aware prior to arrival.

The room was spacious and clean with a practical layout. It was everything you needed for a short comfortable stay. Grounds were tidy and obviously well looked after. Its location is great as it's very handy to an excellent shopping centre and only a short, direct drive into the city centre.

Overall we were very satisfied. The shower head had a slight overspray leak but it didn't really worry us too much as it was a good shower with excellent hot water and good water pressure.

Extremely comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and happy to accommodate everything. Indoor spa and sauna was amazing and very private. Checkin and checkout super quick. Private patio outside every unit was great.

Tv was placed too low on wall to comfortably be able to lay in bed to watch. Shower head in bathroom needed replacing as it was clogged and gave a stingy sensation while showering.

Staff made it really easy to check in as we were running a bit behind schedule, and our room was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Comfortable bed, good size tv, and really liked that it had a couch so you didn't have to sit or lay on the bed to watch tv.

Bathroom needs some attention, the shower water pressure is a bit strange. Strong but also not at the same time. The shower head is also very low in comparison to regular showers (my 6ft partner had to really duck to use it). Pool was lovely but dirty, needed cleaning as it has lots of leaves and dirt in it. Would have been much nicer if it was cleaned daily.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, the oasis in the yard outside our door and patio… palm trees, pool, very pretty. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful when needed. We had a kitchenette so supplied our own breakfast sitting outside on the patio… relaxing.

A few small maintenance things needed to be done… the light over the kitchen bench wasn’t working and a towel rail in the bathroom was missing… obviously fell off the wall.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had to arrive earlier than planned and this was catered for with no issues. We had a room ready for when we arrived. I couldn't have been more grateful for this. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending others to stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, clean, modern decor and new bed linen, large bed. Pretty garden view and sparkling pool. Offstreet parking directly outside units. Quiet area at night.

Could do with a light over kitchenette sink area. Chipped soap holder in shower could do with a little sanding to remove sharp edge. Can hear noise from water pipes when next door shower being used.
