We bought our own breakfast and we remembered to bring our own bowls and spoons as there were none there last time we stayed.

Provide utensils for breakfast. Also would be practical to have a ledge in the shower to prevent water from spreading all over the floor.

Room was very clean, check in was smooth and staff are very friendly. Value for money was great here. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfy and also had cutlery and bowls. The staff had turned the AC on to warm the room up even before we arrived. Would stay here again.

Hard mattress Air con heating not great, even at the highest temperature the room was cold all night Noisy car park… cars coming and going all night, loud engines, slamming car doors. Shower pressure was poor.

Lovely clean and cosey room. Beds a little firm and bedroom little cold but the heater in the lounge room keep me warm eventually. Great people to stay with really tried to help me as much as they could.

Maybe electric blanket on the beds in winter would be a nice thing to have in Albury. Just my option.

Only in town for 1 night the Burvale was easy to find and in a great location with quick access to the freeway. The room was clean and tidy and the bed comfy. Which is what you want when you are only there for a quick stop.

We had a quiet and comfortable stay, the manager Rocky was very welcoming and helpful. The room is not large but is well designed and fitted out. There's everything you need for an overnight stay: frig, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus d cutlery, glasses and basic crockery. There is no kitchen as such. The location is quiet. We'd stay again.

Too much strongly perfumed cleaner was used, we had to air the room for quite a while. I had a bit of trouble getting the older style satellite tv system working. Then again this is a fairly budget motel, and I'm sure Rocky would have helped of I'd asked him. No real problems.

It's a decent hotel when you are bypassing Sydney / Canberra. I booked this hotel at the last moment, before heading to Canberra. I find this hotel's price reasonable for a 1-night hotel stay. Alice the staff member was nice and communicative since the beginning. it was a large room with all the facilities such as a fridge, milk, microwave, and towels.

The water at shower need to fix because it's was so slow running.and the pump was broken so when we shower we need to hold that pump shower to our head because it's keep twist to down.

There was a door that lead outside at the back of the room of unit 1. The breeze coming under the door was terrible we blocked it with a blanket. The other quests were noisy slamming doors.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable - particularly the bed. Loved the size of the room. Bathroom had wonderful natural light and great towels.
