We stayed at Quest Albury for a sleep-over during our Sydney to Melbourne road trip—and honestly, we wish we had more time there! The hotel is modern, sleek, and absolutely spotless. Everything felt fresh and new, with thoughtful, high-quality amenities throughout. We booked the one-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, and to our delight, the room was perfectly warm when we arrived—such a welcome relief after a long drive in freezing winter weather, especially since we got there super late. The receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. Since we arrived after 9 PM (when reception closes), she made sure our room key was safely left in a secure box for easy access—such thoughtful service! The location is excellent—just an 8-minute walk to Woolworths, which made grabbing some fresh fruits and snacks a breeze. The apartment had everything: a fridge, oven, microwave, full cooking utensils, plus a washing machine and dryer—perfect for families or road trippers wanting to freshen up. There’s even a restaurant called 2640 conveniently located beneath the hotel, and everything in town felt close and easily accessible. Highly recommend Quest Albury—clean, modern, warm, and so well thought out. It made a quick stopover feel like a mini getaway!

It’s spacious rooms Kitchen and table, nice furniture. Lovely curtains Lifts were great Nice bathroom products in bulk containers though.

View was awful of air conditioning on buildings next door. No body moisturiser in bathroom. Stepping into bath to shower was awkward and dangerous slippery. The parking was packed and overflow parking was a bit away to unpack car, had to drive past 40 parks to find one free. Checkin is tedious when you have already paid and given your details, you’re exhausted and just want to go to your room. Expensive for one night stay.

When you are looking for an overnight stay on a Melbourne to Sydney trip, you want convenience, comfort and a relaxed time. I’m glad to say that the newly renovated Quest Albury delivered on all these and more! Very conveniently located with a great cafe/restaurant in the building, it made our stay very easy. Quiet, very clean with really good amenities, our room was excellent! You can open windows, use your own balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I really hope Quest can maintain this standard as it’s good value for money with great facilities. Thank you!

Quest staff called a few days ahead of time to confirm the booking and double check arrangements for a cot I had requested, which was very helpful. Staff on the front desk when we arrived were also bright, cheerful and efficient. The room was spacious and well appointed, with plenty of surfaces to unpack bags. Kitchen was well stocked with useful items and the bed was comfortable. Takeaway options were within walking distance, and the free undercover parking was much appreciated. All up, top notch.

Really great stay. Only slight downside was it was tricky to bath our little one as the glass shower screen attached to the side of the bath was fixed in place, meaning we didn't have much space to manoeuvre. Also not entirely soundproofed but not a problem.

It was an absolutely unforgettable experience from the moment we walked into the Albury Quest !!! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were supper clean and tidy. The Housekeeping staff should be commended on their hard work!! Let’s face it cleaning it’s that much fun!!! A good morning and a polite conversation goes along way. Keep being you Albury Quest, I hope we are lucky enough to return one day

Parking for large vehicles was a little tricky !!!

We only had one night at the Quest on Kiewa St Albury, but we'll definitely stay the next time we visit. So clean, quiet and modern, and reception staff could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious with a spotless bathroom and kitchenette, which would make for a very comfortable stay for a longer visit. Beds were super comfy with beautiful crisp linen. The hotel is in walking distance to shops and restaurants and plenty of free parking.

Nothing to dislike, this is a lovely clean and quiet hotel.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Hotel location ws excellent and we were able to walk to all the facilities that interested us.

The restaurant attached to the hotel. .y dinner was overcooked and very dry. The waitress serving us was very hard to understand with a very strong accent consequently we had no idea what the so called specials were. We also found it very off putting when staff were standing behind the bar drinking water from 2ltr bottles and upending them and guzzling from the bottle. Surely they could go elsewhere out of view to drink.?. The meal was expensive fot what you received. We ate elsewhere for the rest of the time we stayed.

Great room with a handy kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. Stayed here because we had eaten at the restaurant on a previous visit to Albury. The food didn't disappoint and having just to walk to the elevator after our meal made it even more enjoyable.

We had a conjoining room with another guest. The door was locked, but they got up at 4:30 am and turned the TV on with the volume extremely loud. Not the hotel's fault, but it tarnished our stay.

location, facilities, cleanliness.

found pard it hard to park our Ute. BUT as we were trying to manoeuvre into a tiny space a man came out to drive his car away. He was one of the managers and suggested a few options which we actually took up by parking at side of driveway. So it was fantastic. I wanted to mention the 2 things:- as in a negative and a positive to show the problem solving by a courteous staff member and us working with his suggestions.

The room was very modern and well appointed. Great desk to work at, kitchen is very handy. Great shower and air conditioning. Very quiet room even with being close to the road. Parking is tight right under the building, but plenty of overflow parking next door. Great location near main street. Will definitely stay here again. Handy bar and restaurant attached to the hotel.
