The room had lots of space and was well laid out and comfortable. There was a large modern bathroom, a large fridge and lots of basic kitchen items provided (cutlery, bowls, plates, toaster, kettle). A huge Harris Farms was just across the street with a cafe serving great coffee early in the morning, an Aldi next door and 30 seconds away several great restaurants including a fantastic Italian restaurant doing pizza and pasta.

Large numbers of noisy people on the property 2 nights in a row waking us up. They were either guests or their friends. Not sure if this is a common problem or even if there is much the management could do about it, but it did detract from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

It was clean and convenient for what we needed.

We had no fan working in the bathroom along with no shower wash. And only 1 spare pillow

Location central to food outlet, hotel and service station etc. Requested ground floor room with couch and was provided with one. Parking on site which was close to our room. Reception lass very polite snd friendly. Room clean and bed very comfortable.

Unfortunately the only downfall was the empty shower gel, conditioner pump dispensers. The shampoo wasn’t far behind. A shame the housekeeping of such a simple thing failed. Obviously these had not been checked for quite awhile to be completely empty. Notified the lovely lass at reception the following morning and she said that management live on site and we could have rung at any time. Didn’t know that but still would not have rung after hours ( late).

Convenient and close to ALDI, Harris Farm and coffee shops etc. The carvery is great for take away meals. It is a walkable distance to the railway station. Not exactly close but you can take your time and walk to the station.The room was a great size and clean. The amenities supplied are very good. Mugs, real cutlery, plates and dishes. There is also a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. If you enjoy walking you can take a walk to the albury CBD.

The lounge was a bit worn out and a little difficult to get up from but ok to sit for a short time. The room is dated but lovely and clean.

The bed was sooo comfortable

Staff welcoming and helpful- gave us chance to view the room before we accepted it and took keys to Rm 101 on ground floor. All very clean and comfortable. Easy safe parking. Good to have microwave, toaster and kettle , cutlery and a tea towel but - no bread and butter plates, only two large and two small bowls, for cereal and/or take away food! We used some of our own paper plates from our picnic bag .

The Bar fridge door would not shut properly ….maybe needs a new seal around the door? . It must have been like that for a few hours as the casing around the freezer section was heavily iced over ….but nothing we placed on the shelves was obstructing the door when we investigated and saw there was a problem. So we pushed one of our heavy travel bags against it to keep it safely closed o/n….. may need investigating.

The room was beautifully presented, with quality furnishings. The bathroom was roomy and had everything you needed. Everything was fresh and clean. And I'm very picky. There were a good number of quality clothes hangers in the wardrobe. You don't see that very often.

Some of the containers for shower gel and hand wash were almost empty. I had arrived late so I couldn't have gotten extra if I'd needed it that night. The only quibble in an otherwise good experience.

- Exceptionally clean room with clean carpets, sheets and towels. - Beautifully designed interior with Black Marble (not sure if real or laminate but it makes it look stunning and sparkly!) - Customer service and friendliness of on site manager is warm and welcoming. A real treasure! - Proximity to Harris Farm (across the road) local cafes, shops, and anything your heart desires. - The shower is nice and hot! What is needed for a great nights rest. - The size of the room I paid and was given was beyond my expectations. It was huge for me as a single traveller and I appreciated the space and comfort of relaxing as though I was in my own home. - Secured internet that's fast!

- A little road noise, however, it starts to wear down by 11pm.

Our room was clean , very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We loved that it was so easy & close to get back on the main highway yet was still a very quiet room. We will definitely stay again

The aircon was on full power due to the temperature outside being hot but the aircon didn’t seem to cool the room thoroughly & was still a little warm throughout the night. The toilet didn’t flush well in our room. These were the only 2 negatives for our stay.

Clean, quiet, presented very well, central Albury location was excellent and the manager consistently went above and beyond what I would expect makes up a motel mangers role description. Absolutely amazing service, very welcoming and a stand out amongst many Albury Wodonga motels.

Motel Restaurants are almost a thing of the past and I really do like to be able to eat (breakfast as a minimum) without leaving the accommodation. So I dislike that there is no restaurant/ room service but it is the same at almost all motel accommodation now days.
