We ate dinner in the Bullring Restaurant and found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and excellent. We could not fault any of the food and wine we had there. The prices were great for the quality of the food and drinks. We ate breakfast in the Cantina Restaurant and loved the buffet. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff really seem to be very happy, making this a great place to stay. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was larger than many motel or hotel rooms and has been renovated recently. It was a lovely place to stay.

we booked this in last min as part of our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we go there staff were friendly, answered any and all questions, gave clear directions. The room, although basic was very clean and I work in the industry so notice even the smallest of missed details. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic, my new Husband loved the lamb, best he's had since his grandmother made it. The older lady who served us (apologies forgotten her name) was just amazing, very friendly and chatty. The mini gold was great fun and a great surprise. Didn't get to use all the facilities this time around, but the Spa, Sauna and indoor pool were all fantastic. Can't wait to come back

Would love to see the facilities open longer. The putt putt could be done up with some lights to make it less bland.

The room was spacious, with a great location. Dinner from the restaurant delivered was exceptional. Steak so yummy. Most staff smiled and were friendly.

Some spars were out of order, and the pool table was not in use. No microwave . The shower needed a better clean I wish we had some wherw to was cups or washing liquid. Stayed for 4 nights and nowhere to clean them properly. Would stay again as it is a good place to relax and a place to gather with family and friends. Not trying to be a critic just helping hints. Thank you for our stay

The rooms were very open with a large ensuite. Was very well maintained and could see that it had a lot of entertainment such as the spa/pool area. These areas are typically noisy so I was quite happy with the soundproofing of the rooms also. Had a fantastic nights sleep. I wish I had more time there. First time here and leading into summer is a place I’d like to come visit and stay at again. Staff I only spoke to for check-in/check-out but provided a very natural and welcoming interaction.

Parking was great that they had private for every room, but very tight squeeze into as well as trying to get out could be more difficult for some. Very minor issue, not one that really bothered me in anyway, could almost say for the price the place is almost perfect really

Great place and very roomy the townhouse we had. With room being serviced daily, was great location close to shops and plenty to do with pool table mini golf and table tennis.the out door pool and spa was amazing, my daughter love it

Street noise was a bit noisy at times but got used to that. The sandwich press was not cleaned full of oil and in cupboard, microwave didn't seem to work to full potential with it taking a long time to heat things up. Door seemed to have got jammed not allowing us to enter the house on 3 occassions which we did report. The extra funds taken out of my account that was ok however not communicated to me after was told they will phone the room and provide update I had to keep following up. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves will recommend to others

I have now stayed here 3 times, once on a bus tour, once with 3 other couples and this time with 4 other couples, we all loved our stay, each time, loved the facilities and the friendly and accommodating staff. Great location for friends catching up or celebrating something. We will be definitely be coming back

I wasn’t sure if we were meant to have our room made up or not, as I couldn’t remember if it was the last time I stayed but this time it wasn’t. I also felt the pool need a bit of a clean.

The facilities were amazing! Nice large pool, tennis court, games room, spas and more. It was pretty quiet due to the time of year but when we went so we had free range of all of the facilities which were amazing. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The room was very spacious and right next to the pool, it was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The room had a huge spa bath which was so awesome. Bed was very comfortable too, the tv had all the sports channels, movies and even chrome cast. All in all we had an amazing time.

Abundance of facilities; pool indoor and outdoor, multiple spas, games room, playground, mini gold, tennis and squash; heaps to entertain the whole family. The room we stayed in was renovated; large and very comfortable, perfect for the 2 of us. The bed was so comfortable, I want one for home. We had breakfast at the Cantina on one day and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, plenty of options and friendly staff.

The place could use some minor upgrades to make it feel newer but nothing was un-usable or broken. A facelift is all that's required, looks a bit tired in places. Could use some more kitchen supplies; plates and cutlery in the rooms. Why have a toaster or microwave there if you have nothing to eat with? this was the only let down in the room.

The pool was amazing, and we all loved it!! We will definitely be back. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Staff were amazing.

Breakfast was terrible. It is advertised as "buffet" but certainly isn't. It wasn't a traditional "buffet" instead we were served breakfast and given portions with no option to go back for more. This was very disappointing. We would have rather go into town and have a full breakfast at a cafe. The pancake machines also did not work properly.

It was 1 adult and 1 teenage boy, and we could not fault this place, 20/10. heated pools and spas, games room was amazing restaurant amazing, staff were all really great, breakfast buffet was out of this world. 😋 mini golf great fun, laundry facilities great addition. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved everything there was nothing we would change, they have thought of everything, best place we've ever stayed.
