A friendly greeting was given at check-in with some useful information about the nearby golf club facilities. The room (No 3) was very comfortable and exceptionally clean - nothing to fault at all. The bathroom is very spacious and well-ventilated. It was easy to quickly heat up the room in the morning to take off the overnight chill. There is a lovely view over the golf course with chairs and a table on the terrace where you could enjoy a drink whilst taking in the view. Great place for an overnight stay.

It is not a negative for us but, if you want to walk into the centre of Albury, there is a steep hill to negotiate. There’s always the option to drive of course!

Loved the location and to wake, and hear all the bird life was splendid. The manager was delightfully friendly. The room was clean. The shower was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again.

When I book, I like a king-size bed, who doesn't? But I couldn't see an option for a king size. The queen size was fine, but the king would have been superb. The golf club restaurant was a little disappointing, but the service and assistance offered to counter acted the oversight with the meal I ordered was more than enough.

The rooms sit on the top of a hill looking over the beautiful golf course. Because the motel is not near any main road it is very quiet. The rooms have been refurbished, so are modern, clean and have big TVs with Foxtel, and access to Netflix and AppleTV if you have your own password. The towels are plush, the bedding new and carpets fresh. Probably the best country motel I have stayed in. The managers of the property are a friendly, hospitable and professional in a laid-back manner. The golf club is about 100m away on the same property. We had a great feed there, eye fillet and schnitzel. It was very well presented, a good size and delicious. I was cautious given one of the previous reviews but we were very satisfied with the very good quality and service. I will definitely be returning whenever we are going that way again.

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern and spacious bathroom. We had the family room which was well-appointed with a queen and two singles, a kitchenette (with microwave), a desk and a 2 person dining table. There was plenty of space to move around the furniture and beds, which was a pleasant surprise compared to many other family rooms at this price point. The accommodation is located off the golf course, which was a lovely backdrop to wake up to.

As with many motels, the room is straight off the carpark and into the room, so external noise from the carpark and other guests returning to their room was hard to sleep through.

This accommodation is tucked away in a lovely quiet spot in Albury amongst the greenery of the golf course. The rooms have been newly and beautifully redecorated, are ample in size and impeccably clean. The bathroom is also a good size with a lovely roomy shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A continental breakfast was included in my room rate and was provided the night before, something I have never experienced before but really appreciated. Check in and checkout are super easy too. Dinner was available a short stroll down the road at the golf club, great meal and fantastically convenient, especially for those that don't feel up to venturing far.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

This accommodation was spotless, something i dont get to see much in my travels. It had the essentials needed for our overnight stay. It overlooked the golf course which was beautiful & peaceful. Gardens were super neat as were the surrounds. Located away from town but a minute walk to the golf club where we had a nice dinner.

The only negative for us was the bed. Quite small and very soft so there was no back support, something that i need with my back issues.

This motel has it all. Geoff greeted us with a smile and assistance. No key just a touch entrance to door. Car park out front. Balcony to sit on overlooking the beautiful golf course and well maintained gardens. Rosés gorgeous. The room we had looked recently re furnished. Everything was in the right place. Table to eat at. Couch to relax in. A sink and fridge area. No filling kettle in bathroom. The bathroom was modern and spacious . Everything was very clean. Love to stay again. Also walk down drive to bistro and have a drink and a great meal. Suitable for overnight stay on journey or longer exploring area. Thanks.

Recently renovated room and bathroom with sufficient facilities to self-cater if required. The rooms overlook the golf course, so it was nice sitting outside of the room with a coffee, looking at the view. There are also some benches near the pool with views over the course. The adjacent golf club provides reasonably priced meals, you just need to ensure you tell them you are staying at the motel, as it is quite a popular place.

Personal preference only, I would have preferred if the shower cubicle had a door on it to help keep the heat in, and not spray water over tiled floor.

Fantastic spot for a lay over. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Very happy I choose this spot to stay. And so thankful I was able to check in early after coming from a very long drive from Geelong.

Nothing. It was perfect. Maybe just maybe one of the stairs could be made into a ramp for heavy suitcases like myself who over packs. But yeah nothing it was great.

Everything! The owners of the motel were so friendly and helpful. John, the host, came to our room to tell us that there were kangaroos down on the golf course that the rooms overlook. It made my mums day watching them all gathered there and then coming up to outside the rooms to drink from the birdbath. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed, the breakfast provided was fab, and it was lovely hearing all the birds in the trees each night while sitting outside with a beer. Would definitely come back!
