The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Seating and ash trays in the court yard although there was one less seat and ash tray from my last visit. The bedding and room was very clean.

The Milk bottles whilst looking nice are two small. Theres not enough milk for cereal and a couple of cups of coffee. Its really only a problem on the first night as in our case we were able to buy a litre of milk at woolies the next day. In talking to a fellow guest they said they only paid $160 for a similar room for one night where as I paid $179 a night staying 3 nights The TV was not a smart TV ie no connection to the internet.

Friendly staff ,clean & comfortable room . I asked for a quiet room at the back of the motel ( after reading other comments on traffic noise) & my request was happily met . Loved that a simple complimentary breakfast was provided & a toaster .

It is an older style motel but completely satisfactory for a comfortable nights sleep .

The flight schedule had my arrival at the accommodation before the nominated check in time. I was however warmly greeted and as the allotted room was ready, I was given access straight away. This was greatly appreciated. Located across from the railway station, I chose this motel as I was continuing by rail the following day. It was located in easy walking distance of the main town centre. Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation. Very pleasant staff. I would happily stay here again.

Central location. Walkable distance to the CBD, shopping centre and restaurants. Adjacent to the highway from Melbourne to Sydney. Close to the Murray River, botanical garden, park and swimming spot. Pedestrian friendly pavements and walking tracks all within easy reach from the motel.

Nothing. It was basic but worthy of the price. It met all our expectations in terms of location, service, safety, quality, parking, access to major facilities and attractions. It was quiet and family friendly too.

The booking process was seamless. we were arriving late and that was easily arranged. The renovation of the older style room was beautifully done and improved the functionality. Also it was uncluttered but provided all we required. The bed was very comfortable which I appreciated as I have a shoulder fracture and needed to have a quality bed and easily adaptable (with the addition of my own pillows as I don't expect a motel to provide the specialist additions for my injury) space to sleep. The bathroom also allowed easy and safe access. The whole room was exceptionally clean. The provision of breakfast was much appreciated and suited our needs. The property was centrally located and easily accessed. It was excellent value for money especially as we were in late and out early.

At this level of accommodation, they provided a very good product and had thought of most things. Maybe add a fruit juice to the breakfast.

The room was perfectly neat and clean and a good size for a short family stay. You could hear when neighbours were using the bathroom (eg. shower, flushing), but it wasn't too off-putting and you couldn't really hear them at other times. You couldn't hear the road traffic, even though it was across the road from the main railway station, and the block-out curtains ensured the room was dark. The breakfast basket was cute and sufficient and was replenished each day by housekeeping. Dishes were washed and put away, and beds made, tea and coffee restocked. There were numerous pillows to choose from, so if one wasn't comfortable, you could choose another. The motel is around the corner from the main street, where there are lots of restaurants and entertainment venues. The motel has undertaken a refresh - carpet, walls, cabinetry. We stayed upstairs where the bathroom was the still the original style, but it was very clean and included shower gels and lotions, and clean towels daily. I recommend staying here.

Hearing the bathroom being used by neighbour/s during the night, but it only bothered me because on the first night I was using an uncomfortable pillow, so I wasn't sleeping well and noises sound louder in the middle of night when you're lying awake! The following night I switched pillows and it wasn't a problem. No-one else in our room heard anything, and I couldn't hear everything, just the tap and shower running, and if a man was standing at the toilet. Nothing bad enough to not recommend staying here.

Almost all good fittings and comfortable. Front desk supplied choices of breakfast makings on arrival not just milk.

One bedside light was hanging in pieces. I unplugged it and managed to reassemble it. The bathroom was not safe for my handicapped wife, the shower needs a safety rail and the corner shelf was damaged/missing. Went out for dinner and found no parking available on return. Had to park at the front gate and go out (in my PJs) after some people left early in the morning.

Breakfast was good. Have stayed in a lot of hotels/motels, this is the first where you could not hear the people in the adjoining rooms. Only noise by other patrons were inconsiderate early leavers slamming car or motel room doors (no way motels fault). Rooms were excellent with all the required facilities.

Other patrons stop slamming doors. For the motel owners no issues, great hosts.

Larger room and bathroom than most motels, exceptionally clean and well presented. Full size fridge, separate functional kitchen space and a private backyard courtyard area with table and chairs were rare additions that were great to have too. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this motel in comparison to most others locally, even far more expensive ones.

Clean, updated facilities - loved the spacious renovated bathroom! The location was great - easy walk to multiple restaurants/pubs/cafes and just off the highway. The provided breakfast packs (cereal packs, bread for toast, condiments) were a wonderful touch and made our morning so much easier. Big shout out to the owners for using reusable glass bottles for the milk instead of those detestable mini-cartons or capsules, I wish more motels would do this! The bedding was warm too, a bonus for cold Albury nights. Highly recommended!
