My room was spacious. Plenty of space for two in the studio, kitchen and bathroom but I stayed alone. The room was an aesthetically pleasing combination of old fashioned and new. The bed was super big and super comfy with a super big tv in the right position to watch from bed. I had a small sofa and dining table in the studio as well. The kitchen had a pod coffee machine and the coffee tasted good. The shower was so spacious and lots of mirrors in the bathroom. Generous supply of milk and snacks. Good quality hot drinks supplied. I booked an extra night because I was so comfortable in this room despite one downfall, the toilet seat. Anyway....lots parking space and so close to town centre. The price was great for the proximity to town centre. I wouldn't pay more to stay somewhere else in the same proximity. They have a pool for use in summer and this place is dog friendly. Love it!! So many positives about this place and the receptionist was friendly. She gave me a deal on price because I asked in person before I booked online. Totally coming back here next time I'm in town. I contacted the owner about a second night and they were so prompt to return my call and off their mobile number which they didn't hide, so good knowing they trusted me and were willing to go above and beyond so I could stay another night. So glad to find a great place to stay when visiting Albury/Wodonga and surrounds. Will be back and recommend everyone try this place.

The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and the cistern or something seemed to be leaking. I would still stay here. The foyer smelt like dog but I don't own one and am sensitive to smell and it's a dog friendly place to stay which is the best. I love the inclusivity for dogs. All accommodation should include the option to bring your dog or cat or whatever. Highly recommend staying here. Room was so clean and large. Price on point for proximity to city.

Friendly staff on check-in. Size of room was great for the price. A great breakfast was included and even a coffee machine was supplied.

The room is very tired, we had a blown globe in bathroom. Previous people must have used microwave because I had to clean t before I could use it. The spare blanket was just thrown on the bottom of the wardrobe not folded. There was a large hole in the curtain on the front window. The shower curtain was about 18 inches too short and water went everywhere. It is a shame really as room could be rather nice with a little TLC and updating.

Nice reception staff, even the housekeeping staff were happy and chatting away to others departing. Nice brekky, great value. Bed comfortable and awesome big tele.

Couple of broken glass things and leaky taps. Bathroom glass door broken, cracked mirror etc and the bathroom and kitchen taps were leaking, the shower hot water one in particular kind of burns your hand when trying to turn it off as hot water is leaking from the handle . I'm sure being a motel though it's difficult to keep these up to scratch especially with the clientele. Rest of the room was great, appliances TV and bed were all above expectations.

This was our third stay at Meramie and we will keep coming back. Check in is easy as payment is deducted a few days before you stay. A light Breakfast is included in the tariff which is great and keeps you going until your next destination. All the rooms we’ve stayed in are huge, with a king bed that is so super comfy, we always sleep so well there as it’s also nice and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need with a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with a variety of tea coffee and biscuits. The bathroom and also the bedroom and kitchen are always spotlessly clean. It’s an older style motel but the bed and tv is modern and the pool always looks so inviting, also great value for money. Check out is super easy as well, as you just drop your key in the lock box outside the office, no queuing up to check out. The owners are lovely friendly people who give great advice on directions or where to go to eat. It’s also very easy to find from the Hume, you just get off on the Riverina hwy/Borella road, and it’s a couple of blocks down-on Kiewa st. Room was a great size and comfortable. A/C worked well and having Netflix on the TV was an added bonus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location for our event at Sodens was perfect.

Think it would help having allocated carparking for each unit. The parking area is a bit tight. Be good to open up the gravel area for parking. Maybe some parking barriers and simple spray paint line marking to show the parking spots might help. The breakfast is a light one - toast cereal, condiments etc. There is a good cafe down the road about 400m called 2640 Restaurant and Bar (550 Kiewa St Albury).. Comfortable bed and pillows, shower pressure as desired and larger than expected(could do a full dance routine in there is wanted) What made it special and kinda cute was the little light breakfast that was included with the room. See photo below. Location was great as with the recommendations from the checkin attendant telling us about places to go that were walking distance from the Inn. Everything worked well, the outside heat didn’t affect the inside temperature as the aircons were working at optimal consumption. Will stay again when passing through.

Not much to dislike about this property.

Clean, spacious, quiet (despite being on a relatively busy road). Staff are friendly and helpful. A short walk from a pub, good restaurant and coffee van. Rooms have brick walls all around, so no noise from next door neighbours. Crisp clean sheets, bed was comfortable, soft and firm pillows for each person.

This is a little picky, but like so many motels, the air freshener needs to be purged from the room before staying inside (not sure what can be done about this other than leaving rooms open for longer to get fresh air in).

Crockery is old worn, requires updating. Rice bubbles as one of 3 cereals, would of preferred cornflakes or weeties/weetbix more healthier choice for kids cereal.No instructions for the coffee pod machine.Bathroom Pipe under the sink has a leak, floor around the drain pipe slippery and dangerous on the floor tiling rm 24.Smokers standing at there room door smoking with the door wide open and having to walk past on a small narrow balcony.

The accommodation was very central and quiet. Breakfast was included, cereal and toast, which suited us perfectly. What was even better was that it was provided in the room. This meant that we could leave really early and still have a bite to eat before we left. The staff was lovely and even provided suggestions for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable.

The smoking area was just outside our room door (Room 1) which wasn't pleasant with all the early morning smokers - it needs to be relocated. The taps in the room and bathroom need new washers, they dripped unless you turned them off really hard and then it was a struggle to turn them back on again.

Excellent parking for a vehicle and trailer. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Large room. Large shower and a torrent of water. Good airconditioning. Excellent facilities, including a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, , fridge,, crockery, cutlery, extra blanket and pillows and so on. Oh, and a large Google television

Not a complaint, just an observation. Needs a new carpet, noticed a spring hanging below a chair, hole where a light fitting should be, old decor, a few things need fixing
